If I find an affordable thing that allows me to input my weight and tracks my heart rate and calories burned, that's all I really need. The NZA Posted February 3, 2022 Author Share Posted February 3, 2022 getting back into it with a fire physical ability test coming up in like a week and a half...keeping up with some boxing/running for cardio but nothing crazy at the moment. i wanna step up strength training when this is done, but trying to rehab some tendinitis in my shoulder is slowing that down. anyone else working on fitness goals, new year and all? The NZA Posted March 15 Author Share Posted March 15 just wanted to check in - anyone got fitness goals going here? i finally got a good gym access after moving, but mid 40's has been an adventure in minor injuries, haha. doing gardening stuff on the same day as deadlifts & other back exercices may not be the best call! nothing max does of ibuprofen & heating pads can't set right, may just box in the meantime my current line of work has me spending several hours walking & doing rounds, so weight hasn't been the issue it would've been otherwise. hoping to step things up this year!
