IceManML
I WAS SOOO GONNA POSTUP EEK! but so much restraint i guess i blacked out n forgot lol MIGHTY MOUSE! i loved the new version so much better than the cheesy paramount version from the 60s (can u see the ren n stimpy style coming into the generation? Same Show, just two very different seasons, kinda like The Real Adventures of Johnny Quest. You can definitely see the major changes in the stylization of the artwork; story was just as drastically altered. But at least the story continuity followed each other with season 1 leading directly into season 2 I guess I started watching this on the 2nd season ..i thought season 1s intro was fox cutting budgets.. i hated it.. but that 2nd season was awesome sik-mcnasty woot! Any1 remember this stereo typing of early 90s urban living? lol (ps i always stayed up past my bed time to watch this 1.. wouldnt b surprised if somehow made it to adult swim) Edited September 13, 2009 by IceManML

It isn't that weird, really. She-Ra's background story was more interesting than that of Prince Adam. It was the EXACT SAME SHOW! Also posting back to back merges the two threads into one, ya poindexter.
Lycaon
It was the EXACT SAME SHOW! Also posting back to back merges the two threads into one, ya poindexter. I'll be damned. I must have completely missed that part of the first post where that exception to the rule was made. As for posting back to back, I'm well aware of that excuse fact. Try waiting a bit before your next post and you shouldn't have that problem.

MetalHeart
I'm gonna go through in a minute and compile a list of the shows already posted thus far, because I can't recall seeing the one I'm about to post yet, but my luck it already has, hahaha. I'd agree, but for the thread derailings I've been involved with in the past. Also, the first part of your post needed a bit of tweaking to be really true. No need to thank me.I'm gonna go through in a minute and compile a list of the shows already posted thus far, because I can't recall seeing the one I'm about to post yet, but my luck it already has, hahaha.I'd thought about doing that, but I'm just too damn lazy you seem like you (being so awesome) would do it so much better than I could. Swamp Thing, I think I love you. they need to have this song as a bonus in loop in the game or something. it worked with Donkey Kong lol

bishopcruz
Moving back to the "Openings with Animation Better than It Has any Right to Be" category, I give you Jem! Much like Thundercats, Silverhawks and Transformers, the quality in the opening was jarringly better than anything the show could have hoped to offer. And now the song is stuck in your head for the rest of the day! You're welcome! Edited September 14, 2009 by bishopcruz

bishopcruz
Dear god, I remember that series (I just couldn't remember the name). Continuing with way to catchy openings: still amazed at how much of an anime influence a lot of these shows had. Then again, Japan was then what Korea is now, the place where a lot of the animation was farmed out to. I'd love to find out who the directors of these openings were. Also, why has Duck Tales not appeared yet?
Lycaon
Ask, and ye shall receive. Honestly, I had thought about posting it earlier, but went with Tailspin. I have no regrets. There've been some pretty crazy cartoons posted here. Edited September 15, 2009 by Lycaon
