Jables
I don't get when it became uncool to discuss comics on a fucking comic forum. I don't think babies process vitamin D meaning yeah, Supes babie'd be normal in unutero.

Mr. Hakujin
also 'worst' I think that's technically a "real" word in Miami. You know, like "meng."
Newtype
also 'worst' Â At some point I'm going to need to spell check my post before hitting the reply button.

Jumbie
I can't wait for Zack Snyder's Supermeng movie! Â Also, spell check wouldn't have helped. Edited October 11, 2010 by Jumbie

Mr. Hakujin
Â Â Â I was all for giving Snyder a chance w/ a Supes reboot. But casting this dude (a Brit no less) as the Man of Steel? Hmm, I think I smell another SR is in the oven w/ this one. . . Â Â Â Edited February 1, 2011 by Mr. Hakujin
The NZA
if there's a plot, a villain, and a lack of deadbeat-daddery, it's already a huge step up.
Jables
That picture of the guy already looks more animated than Brandon Routh. Seriously. Go stare at it for 30 seconds and tell me it's not doing more than BR did the entire movie.
APANCHALYPSE RETURNS
Zack Snyder has done no wrong for me. Zombies, Spartans and Watchmen, oh my! Even that owl movie was well done. I'm not too worried about this. They could cast a black guy and I wouldn't give a shit. I hold no loyalty to the character so it'll be interesting to see if I'll learn to like him more or not through this experience. Snyder's already given me everything I've ever wanted (except if he decides to make the inevitable Xerxes movie... groan).

Keth
Amy Adams is Lois Lane   Much improvement over Kate big head Bosworth.
alive she cried
Isla Fisher is alright, Amy Adams isn't a bad second choice though Edited March 28, 2011 by alive she cried
Mr. Hakujin
Amy Adams is Lois Lane   Much improvement over Kate big head Bosworth. When I read the words I groaned in "meh-ness," but when I see that pic I've hope. Lois as a red head could work.  And I have to admit, after seeing Sucker Punch I'm a bit skeptical of this film now. I think we could have a "Singer Returns/ WTF?" disaster in the works. Color me uncertain on this one until a trailer pops up...
Jables
I'm clearly missing something vital but, what does one have to do with the other? Superman's a damned tough row to hoe, that even Singer couldn't spin into gold. If anyone could make it good though it'd be Snyder. Has there historically been a director who's married fidelity & mainstream appeal so well? Aside from Donner of course.
Maldron
Snyder has been best appreciated when he has adapted existing stories to the movie screen. Sucker Punch was his writing gig, this movie still belongs to others. Â As a Director, I think he's done fine.
Iambaytor
Boo to Isla Fisher, BOO! Lois Lane has to be a classic beauty, not just some random hottie, that was one of the problem with Singer's version. Amy Adams, however, looks the part. Reverend Jax
After seeing the clusterfuck that is SP, I worry this could be Deja Singer all over again. Â Just sayin'. Was the issue with Sucker Punch that is was poorly directed or poorly written? Â Amy Adams is a great casting. That woman can act.
C_U_SPACECOWBOY
Was the issue with Sucker Punch that is was poorly directed or poorly written? Â The direction, especially in the first 5-10 minutes of the movie, was great. I guess the problem was the writing, and to a lesser extent (possibly due to direction/writing) the "acting".
