While we're not going to tell you to go out and develop an alcohol problem in the name of good heart health and lower cholesterol, a glass of wine or a couple of beers can actually reduce your risk for heart disease when combined with a good diet and exercise.

Aartemys Posted October 8, 2011 Posted October 8, 2011 Myth 7: I keep getting the egg one from everyone I talk to about my daily diet. I've eaten at least one (sometimes two) or egg beaters every morning of my life for the past almost 10yrs and my cholesterol is still within normal range.
