That's the thing about it for me though that differs from your decision to purchase exclusively turkey bacon (presumably): I don't view it as some replacement for bacon. I don't eat it because it's better for me and I don't even really think of it as bacon of any kind. I just like it as a food and I think it makes yummy sandwiches.
