I need a little help from you guys for my marketing final. I need to survey about 100 people on their dining preferences and thought that y'all could help me a little.

If you guys could take a few minutes to just vote, it would be great.

I try so hard to be good and stick to my diet and cook for myself...but being single, it is so tempting to just be lazy and grab something relatively healthy that is quick.

Note: I am looking into a food delivery service, they deliver meals that follow the Paleo diet, which is common among people who do Crossfit. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I have tried the meals before, when friends of mine have ordered them, and they are pretty good. So would that count as going out, since I don't have to make it myself or not since, it is delivered to me?

Will a poll be as helpful as filling out a form? With a form you can see what the trends are for certain answers in regards to other specific answers. I did the poll, but if you decide to do a form, I'll do that too.

I wrote the poll out of the form i have for class. it's almost identical

Thanks for the help, guys...I really appreciate it

No, no. I'm not objecting to the questions, I was just thinking that you might gain more information by asking them as ask and answer questions, instead of as a poll.

My marketing professor says that people don't like fill in the blank polls and are less likely to complete them...

I also think I would gain more information with open forum, but alas, I have to follow his structure...

Ah, ok.

What if you had an individual form that was like the poll, but that way you could compare the answers like so: _% of individuals that eat out ___ times a month also tend to be students.
