Hidden Gems, Deep Cuts and Random Movie Recs

I just wanted a place to talk about movies that some of us may not of heard of or think about very often. And sometimes the "What was the last film you watched" thread is good for that, but sometimes I want to recommend stuff I haven't seen in awhile without making a new thread for it.Think of it as a recommendation blargh.

 

I just watched 13 Assassins which I think doesn't get talked about nearly enough. Probably my favorite Miike film (granted the guy has directed a shit ton of movies.) It's one of the most badass action movies out there and deserves a spot with the likes of The Raid just for how grueling it is sometimes.
