Legit legend. Night of the Living Dead is one of the scariest movies ever in my opinion. Surely the Undead Romero artwork will be pouring in soon. Might even try my hand at it.

Romero! Wow - thought he was a lot older than 77! LOL

RIP - old man.

'Night of the Living Dead' and 'Dawn of the Dead' are among the greatest films ever made.

He seemed like a nice, approachable fellow in docs and interviews. I own Night, Dawn, Land and Diary...don't have Day. Devoured those films...would've been cool to see a 'Resident Evil' flick in his hands back in the day...when RE was RE. I think all we got was a commercial? Ah, well. Again, rest easy - old man.

I've always wanted those glasses.

yeah, sorry, when I told my wife Martin Landau had just died she was going on about how he'd already died and I had to stew to remember who she was talking about and I've been mixing them up ever since.

cut me some slack, my bed time is normally 9:30; I was tired.

Night of the Living Dead ushered in the modern horror film as we know it. Without it we'd still be watching Bela Lugosi sneaking around castles and shit.

RIP George A. Romero. You were a fucking genius.

Yeah, I think we're going to talk about the impact of Romero as our main topic this week. The man was just way too influential to modern pop culture not to give him the time he deserves.
