Newtype
Starting sometime this week I'm going to start burning all my anime to DVDs. All I need to do is check to see if the subs will show up when burning an MKV file. I'm looking at a month or 2 of work ahead of me.
The NZA
you're talking your downloaded anime, yeah? i cant recall if subs are hardcoded to MKVs or if you need .srt or other sub files. if you're directly ripping from the disc, though, i cant imagine why it woudlnt be part of the conversion. Newtype
I did a test burn last night for a DVD using MKV files and it works. Also works on Blu-ray files.

Master Star
The only one I own is Howl's Moving Castle...I love that movie...I haven't seen many other anime movies...and when I was younger I watched Sailor Moon (alot)...but never owned any of the episodes. Lycaon
It's fun. I also suggest My Neighbor Totoro. Grave of the Fireflies is also a great movie, but one of the saddest I've ever seen, animated or live action. Lycaon
The Hastings that was still around in Austin closed this past year. The last time I walked in there, it was like stepping back into the 90's.
