Mr. Hakujin
Apparently this was released back in April. It doesn't look like a spectacular film by any means, but you'd still think Gibson directing and starring would get a wide release at least. Apparently his "star powah" has diminished more than I thought. Â

Reverend Jax
After TWELVE years - Robert Zemeckis has made a new live action film: Either that, or the motion capture technology finally have advanced enough to pass the uncanny valley and look realistic, and he just decided not to tell anyone it was mo-cap. Â Wreck-It-Ralph looks great. Definitely a little bit of a rip off or Toy Story's concept, but it looks like the plot is completely different, so that's fine. Bravo to Disney for getting the rights to a bunch or old game characters.
Keth
Â Not a trailer really, but I guess can be considered one now that this is going to become a feature length movie Edited June 17, 2012 by axel_napalm

Reverend Jax
Aren't they eventually going to run out of nouns to put at the end of Resident Evil sequels?

Reverend Jax
I never read the comics, but I know the Stallone movie was not that faithful, mainly because they wanted to use Stallone's star power to sell the movie, and it's hard to do that if you never see his eyes. But, having no attachment to the books, I enjoyed the Stallone movie when I saw it, but it's clear this is going in a different direction, and it looks good to me, though I'm still not sure if it's faithful or not. Iambaytor
The Judge Dredd movie was a lot closer to the comics than anyone remembers/wants to admit it was just: A) Not violent enough B) The tone was off (Dredd's campy but they went a little too far with it) C) Dreed doesn't and has never taken off the helmet (at least not where you can see his face) D) Too Rob Schneidery. Thelogan
It's true. Thing is, Judge Dredd ain't that great to begin with. It just stood out a bit in it's specific place in time. A time that has long since passed. Â There also wasn't enough Judge Death. I love that guy.
Iambaytor
Which Judge Death though? Legitimitely serious Judge Death or campy ridiculous "Scarecrow's gas makes him see bright colors and bunnies" Judge Death? The distinction is important. Thelogan
Old skool. Â Honestly, I probably never read anything with Judge Dredd in it post 1988 or so.
Mr. Sexy Hat
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vf4r5q8-aWo&feature=related  Looks pretty good. Maybe Disney just knows how much im a sucker for video games and John C. Reilly.  I'm just wondering how much royalties Disney payed to Nintendo, Sega, Capcom and Namco.  found a list of the real video game characters in the movie so far.  * Clyde (Pac-Man)  * Dr. Eggman/Dr. Robotnik (Sonic the Hedgehog)  * Zangief, Chun-Li and M.Bison (Street Fighter)  * Bowser (Super Mario Bros.)  * Kano (Mortal Kombat)  * Q*Bert (Q*Bert)  * The Paperboy (Paperboy)  * Horned Reaper (Dungeon Keeper)  *Diablo (Diablo I&II)  *Cyril (House of the Dead)  *Beholder (Dungeons and Dragons)  *Neff (Altered Beast)  Kano in a kids movie DO WANT TO SEE Edited June 25, 2012 by Mr. Sexy Hat
