C_U_SPACECOWBOY
YESSSSSS! I've been waiting to see the trailer for this! It's the latest by Nacho Vigalondo, the writer and director of Timecrimes, one of the best time travel movies of all time! If you haven't seen it, it is an absolutely flawless representation of Novikov (or fixed timeline) time travel. He also did a segment in ABS's of Death and a GREAT segment in the 3rd VHS movie. Ever since I heard his next movie was about a girl that creates a kaiju that attacks Seoul when she gets drunk, I've been waiting with bated breath. Keth
Oh I didn't realize he was the director. He is indeed awesome. His was the alt dimension/satanic story in VHS right? Even more interested now!
C_U_SPACECOWBOY
That's the one! It was called Parallel Monsters. Â Â I would have described it as 'the one where the guys had wolves instead of penises' Â Edited January 20, 2017 by C_U_SPACECOWBOY
Iambaytor
He also made Aftermath, one of the most genuinely upsetting movies I've ever seen.
C_U_SPACECOWBOY
Did he? When did that come out? I've never heard of it!
Iambaytor
Ah, my bad that's Nacho Cerda. I never imagined that there could be more than one director named Nacho.

Little Nemo McFly
Â It's so weird! It looks n' feels like a 1:1 live-action remake of the animated version...Gaston looks like he was pulled right out of the cartoon! The actual 'cartoon characters', tho...a part of me wants 'em to look really close to their 90s counterparts - n' have that uniformity. (shrugs) It's a'ight, tho. Â Â Â Â Â 'Be Our Guest' is going to look insane in 2017 cg / 3D.

Mr. Hakujin
^Kong looks good. I hope it delivers and lives up to the potential the trailer promises. Curious to see if it can unseat Logan as #1 at the domestic box office. Based on the positive reviews Logan got, it's gonna be tough. Keth
That trailer for Kong is one of the best trailers for anything I've ever seen. I hope the movie is half as good and they actually use that Animals song somewhere in there.
Little Nemo McFly
That trailer for Kong is one of the best trailers for anything I've ever seen. Â Duuude, that is exactly what I said when I saw it. Just...masterful. LOL - hope it's actually good.

Little Nemo McFly
Â I've always found the 'Sheldon' character to be eerily relatable. This has more a 'Wonder Years' vibe (which I love) - than a 'Goldbergs' vibe (which...m'eh). I think the character can work / be utilized really well in this setting / format. (shrugs) Could work. Â I'll give it a shot.
Iambaytor
I couldn't even make it through the fucking trailer it's like the worst qualities of Malcolm in the Middle, Smart Guy, mixed with a dose of Oliver Bean and some treacle bullshit like Seventh Heaven. Keth
I'll give it this: There is no constant laugh track and he didn't say bonanza once.
Little Nemo McFly
It doesn't feel related to Big Bang Theory. I don't know how it'll tie-in or honestly, even care. I watched BBT, when it came out - but I really can't anymore. Â I initially watched 'cuz of the Sheldon character. Transfixed. Whoever wrote for him - really knows Personality Disorder, and that actor really pulled off - insane, really, really well. I haven't watched the show since it exploded - I think Season 3? I don't recognize it - when I flip through channels and it's on. Â Now that I think about it - I don't think the character will actually have any real growth, if he's gonna end up as insane as he was at the beginning of BBT. I really do love the premise, tho. Little Nemo McFly
Â Cool - plus, 'Casanova Frankenstein'...playing Einstein. Even cooler. Just bumped into the trailer - apparently, this is already an ongoing series. Hopefully it'll make it on to Netflix - 'cuz I ain't gotz the cable tv.
