Most Badass Horror Game Hero/Villain

I didnt put any FPS games on the list just survival horror (though one is technically a platformer and the other an RPG.) Opinions everyone?

im inclined to vote Leon for badass, cuase he was the shit in RE4.

I've only played the origional for SNES, it was a translated ROM I found and pretty much the first survival horror game, it was great. I could probably scrounge it up somewhere if you want it.

Shamefully, I haven't actually played any of the games from the hero's section, but I voted for Ash, because no one bought that game for the reviews and I couldn't vote for Pyramid Head unless I picked a hero.

...Aya? really? i mean, she's kinda hot, but i guess i never played PE 2. Its awesome that Rick got a nod, Splatterhoue is a classic.

Clock Tower for the PS1 was actually Clock Tower 2 in Japan (the first didnt get released in the US because that was during the big VIDEO GAMES ARE THE DEVIL! cylce) the first was rereleased as Clock Tower: The First Fear I believe. Clock Tower 3 is kinda stupid in my opinion

 

Oh I had to give Splatterhouse a nod, Rick is the shit (Even if he's just a Jason knockoff, but the game took place in the same house as Re-Animator for chrissake!)

 

Good, it takes a while to pick up and my advice to you is at the ending of the first mission take all the ammo from your troops before finishing up.

Villian wise was an easy pick for me, simply because fucking PYRAMID HEADS are FUCKING SCARY! When I played SH2 and came across this mad demon I almost pissed my pants. Even though he was slow and easily beatible, that creepy noise he brings and all that he stands for, is by all means hardcore!!!

 

As for Hero, I had a hard time btwn Leon and Aya. Leon's a badass fucker back in RE4, but Aya's hot and she can handle herself well. So I went for the sexy blond lady with the gun. Gotta rep the my girls!

 

Obviously in my choice for hero i was being biased... but I did play both PE1 and PE2, although PE2 wasn't as great as part 1 in enjoyed it just as much.

 

PE2 for me was somewhat like RE4 for you Nick. You enjoyed the characters and the weapons and the style of the game. So yeah. NO one but me (that I konw) liked that game... Oh, WELL.

 

GO FEMALE HEROS!!!!!!!!!

 

 

Edit: Jill is hot and cool but I had to choose btw her and Leon. He proved himself a billion times in RE4 so I chose him over her.

I cannot bring myself to think of Leon as a badass, I just can't banish the memory of Dicaprio Stand-in Leon Kennedy from RE2, no matter how I try. I wanted to put in Cybil from Silent Hill on the list, but since she wasnt playable in the game I didnt.

 

It's a shame the Thing didnt get any love, course I guess I cant point fingers since Ross and I are the only one's who've played that game. And Ross only played it because I whored it out so much.
