the division of joy Posted December 24, 2006 Share Posted December 24, 2006 there wasn't that much that grabbed me cinema wise this year, saw a few, nothing really blew me away, cept from the above mentioned ones... the descent was very good, bar the ending, both versions of it... but clerks 2, thats probably some of smith's finest work... but i'd reccomend the illusionist to anyone... If anything the animated series suffered from how slow it was. Nothing can kill the Grimace! Honestly, I'm going to hold to my belief that it just wasn't really given a chance to get better. But yeah, there weren't a lot of really good episodes. For the episodes that were there, the most they have going for them overall are the quotes.
