Black Sheep

Well obviously they're going for different angles, Snakes on a Plane was an action movie and they were trying to play that tongue in cheek, this one is a zombie/when animals attack horror movie which is also being played tongue-in-cheek. I think it looks better too and have the highest of hopes for it.

i think its the fact that the animal concerned is a sheep, one of the dumbest farm animals, and probably the most placid, unless of course its a ram.

You can hit those things on the forehead with a wrench and it'll keep going at you!!

well once when i was on my grand dad's land, my uncle had some sheep and rams on it, we were in the field, one came over and started trying to ram my uncle, so he hit it in the head with a wrench, it kept going!

don't go calling animal cruelty now!

Yeah I unloaded a loud of bird shot into a ram's face once, and you're right, they don't stop.

But the part where the scientist turns around and the sheep just placidly stand there staring at him, I laugh every time. And this isn't the first time that a horror movie has exploited non-violent animals. Like Slugs, and I remember one from when I was young that had rabbits but I forget what it was called.

So this is opening in the US this Friday in a Limited release. Can't find any theaters playing it in the SoFL area. Shame it would have been cool to catch a good comedy this weekend (read: 'Evan Almighty is going to SUUUUUUUCK!)
