Lottie Posted April 10, 2007 Posted April 10, 2007 Bollocks....i'll going to go down and watch the second half...but forgot. Though I didn't know you were a fan. I wish I was.
alive she cried Posted April 10, 2007 Author Posted April 10, 2007 Bollocks....i'll going to go down and watch the second half...but forgot. Though I didn't know you were a fan. I wish I was. i know you're from the north, but please say you're not a fan of the scum....a fan of........liverpool
Lottie Posted April 10, 2007 Posted April 10, 2007 It's the home town of Bolton for me. It's not going so bad at the moment, though the championship place is still...a little...iffy.... I used to follow United for a while, but that was before I cared about football in any meaningful way. I don't think you can really support anywhere but home.
alive she cried Posted April 11, 2007 Author Posted April 11, 2007 that's very true, in hurling i could'nt imagine supporting anyone but tipp (co. tipperary)
soldier of fortune Posted April 11, 2007 Posted April 11, 2007 What a result. I can't believe it, i was watching this match last night and was just in shock! United ! Can't wait to get over for the West Ham game at the end of the season!
the division of joy Posted April 11, 2007 Posted April 11, 2007 it was a cracking game... i'd say watford are looking forward to playing you on saturday
alive she cried Posted April 11, 2007 Author Posted April 11, 2007 It's funny just before the match started, i jokingly said to my brothers, imagine if they win 3 or 4-0. Not in my wildest dreams did i expect 7 goals, the biggest win in the history of the champions league, and against Roma in the quarter finals. They gotta do that more often
LightningOBO Posted April 11, 2007 Posted April 11, 2007 7-1 that was a sick game....OWN3D for sure! fucking Roma. I'm not a HUGE fan of Manchester, but hats off, motherfuckers, HATS OFF! and all the rockus and commotion!! LOL true football fanatics in the UK, eh? I love it!
alive she cried Posted April 11, 2007 Author Posted April 11, 2007 god you're not happy 'til someone loses an eye are you
Ganny McVagflaps Posted April 11, 2007 Posted April 11, 2007 Can't wait to get over for the West Ham game at the end of the season! You'll probably see me there deep in the nosebleeds snipering off your boys...
LightningOBO Posted April 12, 2007 Posted April 12, 2007 god you're not happy 'til someone loses an eye are you wow, i think you might have figured me out!
the division of joy Posted April 12, 2007 Posted April 12, 2007 unfortunately enough im a fan of arsenal... and we lost to west ham and drew to a bunch of geordie scumbags in the space of two days..... not to mention losing to the eternal scum of liverpool the weekend beforehand.... and had our season go to hell in the space of eleven days.... and to have One striker.... who cant score goals.... anyone wanna remind me why i support em again?
alive she cried Posted April 12, 2007 Author Posted April 12, 2007 they won the league in '98 and that's when you started supporting them
Ganny McVagflaps Posted April 12, 2007 Posted April 12, 2007 You see the years of following the 'pool behind his weak facade....
the division of joy Posted April 12, 2007 Posted April 12, 2007 well i never supported english football, until bergkamp joined arsenal.. only reason why i started supporting him... and liverpool, fuck that.. i'd rather support a lost cause.... i mean west ham's premiership survival quest
