No, sir. I read Jumbie's "Wizard's guide to Batman", and it said Batman dont fuck. Nope, not one bit, not even fine ass catwoman.

See, he saves all the pent-up sexual energy for the fight, like some boxers back in the day, except every fuckin day.  That's the real need for the cape; he's gotta beat off into somethin with one hand while he breaks your arm with the other.

Batman:"Cmon thug...please please please be good to daddy & rob that old lady..."

Would be thug: "Get away you sicko! Hey where's your other hand!?"

Batman: "OOOH YEAH thats the stuff!" *SOCK! BLAMMO* "Yeah, yeah just tell me how bad you are, cmon..."

It's sick, sick i tell you.

No he hasnt, i think he's in jail or somethin, in which case i hope he aint gettin any.

And hey, why is the finger bein pointed at me? Its fuckin Batman, people! Hitler, Elvis, Sinatra...so many rise from the dead to bask in the awe of Fight Club, and no one bats an eye.  Adam Wes...er Batman takes time outta his busy, busy day to stop on by and admit the truth, and i take heat?

I get no respect.  :D

Man you guys cover alot of stuff before I could get in on this.

First thing, Hulk/Spawn - After taking all things into consideration, nothing short of a soul stealing type ability, or just tottally disintigrating him is gonna get spawn to win that, unless he can get him to change back to Banner(Saw that in a what if).  Maybe the Psonic attack thing but, I still say Hulk.

Next, Hulk/Thor(which I heard mentioned) - Am I the only owner of comics(not plural) were the Hulk hands Thor his ass(At least three comes to mind without much thought).  As strong as Thor is, the Hulk has no cap on his strength.

Also, Gladiator/Superman(also brought up) - As powerful as superman is, there is a limit to his strength.  Gladiators strength is dependent on his confidence.  In otherwords, all he has to do is think he has the strength to win and he will.  His run ins with the Xmen have all been ether stopped before it gets anywhere, or some telepathy thing going on, or him being blown far enough away that by the time he gets back there is no more fight.  Gladiator would win, despite me being a superman fan.

And, Hulk/Superman(breifly mentioned) - Still Hulk wins.  No matter how tough or strong you think Superman is, in a fight, the hulk will become as strong as it takes to put the pain on him.  And lest we forget the hulk has a pretty hyper healing factor thingy(which superman cannot lay clam to).

As far as the order of strength thing in Marvel, would agree with you but you put Colosus in there, come one man, he is way down the ladder, way too many folks out there stronger than him.

Batman vs DareDevil would be really kool.  Sounds kooler the more I think of it.

I think I hit everything, or almost.  L8r guys it's been fun...

Forgot one thing,  The celestials aren't the most powerful beings in marvel.  Anyone else remember the Beyonder.  The way overpowered guy that just showed up in marvel and left after a four issue thing(80's I think).  Can't think of any comic character that tops him to date.  Last I saw of him he created his own universe and modeled it after marvels.

Ha...i actually cant argue with much of that, except that the old Thor had the same "no cap on power" as Hulk has.  Current Thor tho, youre prolly right.

Never read more than a fight or two on Gladiator, wasnt a fan...whaddya think of Thor Vs Superman?

Colossus can hold his own, but ive seen Juggernaut knock him on his ass too much. Shame they killed him a while back.

And the last part...ha, Beyonder, that was Marvel's "Secret Wars", chapter 1. I actually used to love that series - Spider-man takes on the X-Men & gets his black symbiote costume, Hulk takes on a mountain, etc - lotsa action.  Doom ended up takin the Beyonder's form as i recall, it was a fun series.  The sequel was kinda weak tho.

Still, the Celestials are near the top of the cosmic beings list, i recall them bein almost a threat to Eternia (? some name like that, he looks like space), which if i remember from Silver Surfer is just bout the Marvel equivalent of god.
