the division of joy
Rib eye marinated in soy sauce, cayenne chilli, ginger and a dash of lime and sesame oil served with vegetable rice stir fried in ginger honey and soy sauce. Steak was dry seared for two minutes on either side. Perfectly cooked on the outside and lovely and reddish/pink on the inside.

HypnotizinChikns
A good steak needs only to be a rare delmonico and slightly salted, peppered with fresh (real) butter on top. Preferably served with grilled asparagus and homemade mashed potatoes, slightly lumpy. With a heineken. In a bottle. no glass!!! I'm not picky. amynicole
We have been buying prime filets from the new heb. Cooked medium with Rosemary garlic potatos, Brie and pesto on naan to start, and tirimisu for dessert. Yum Lila, are you vegetarian?
