crimsonfire
I beg to differ on the DS9 movie. I'd love that given DS9 was my favourite series. There was even talk of it before the franchise hit the largest TV speedbump in history (around the time nemesis came out....hmmm just something to think about there)
Lycaon
i'd also love a ds9 movie, but i doubt it'd get an audience Watch your mouth. If there were a DS9 movie I'd be there opening night.
alive she cried
as would i. but we would'nt have to queue for long s'all i'm sayin'
Lycaon
Which is kinda ironic, considering how long the series lasted, vs. how long Firefly lasted.
alive she cried
firefly, that's the show with the guy from two guys and a girl right?
Lycaon
You know exactly what show Firefly is.
soldier of fortune
ladies! Â Aye it is a shame that TNG didn't get another go, or even Voyager in there somewhere, but ST going back to its roots is sympamatic of franchises reinventing themselves, a la Batman imo
crimsonfire
As an interesting aside I've seen Colm Meaney (Chief O'Brien) a few times around Dublin, seriously. Although thats not that big a deal cos all Irish people know each other Couldnt resist it...
alive she cried
You know exactly what show Firefly is. Â i actually only know the name, the fact that the main character is acted by that guy from the guys and a girl, and i think it's from the makers of buffy. aside from that, i nothing about the show. is it any better than buffy and angel? i suppose there's no way it could be worse anyway? Lycaon
It lasted only 13 or so episodes (because Fox executives are idiots), but was easily one of the best shows I've ever seen.
Logan_Snikt!!
ah... truly fox has made many "wonderful" executive decisions. so many shows have withstood the test of time and influenced so many people. i'm obviously being sarcastic. God forbid a star trek series on Fox. wont even last a month.... then it'll probably come back in a couple years, then we can forgive Fox again, and all will be good. Â firefly, that's the show with the guy from two guys and a girl right? Â Firefly....... oh thats right, and it also had that thingy flying around too. Lycaon
firefly, that's the show with the guy from two guys and a girl right? I'll be damned. Nathan Fillion was indeed in that series. As well a a few others I wasn't aware of (including a role in an episode of Lost).
alive she cried
yeah i knew he was in lost, but i like that show  is it like buffy? in the sense that it's kinda a "if you liked buffy, you'll LOVE this" or is it legitimately a good show?
Lycaon
I liked both, but I've known plenty that only liked Firefly.
