Charlie's illiteracy is a fucking brilliant comedic device though- anything written by Charlie is always gold in my book. Season 4 had alot of misses, but I thought Season 5 was pretty solid. I mean, how many did you dislike of these episodes: "The Gang Exploits the Mortgage Crisis" "The Gang Hits the Road" "The Great Recession" "The Gang Gives Frank an Intervention" "The Waitress Is Getting Married" "The World Series Defense" "The Gang Wrestles for the Troops" "Mac and Dennis Break Up" "The D.E.N.N.I.S. System" "Mac and Charlie Write a Movie" "The Gang Reignites the Rivalry" "A Very Sunny Christmas" Now, there's nothing there that, to me, reminds me of Season 4 stinkers like The Gang Gets Extreme: Home Makeover Edition" or "The Gang Cracks the Liberty Bell." There's nothing quite as good as "The Gang Gets Whacked" or "Dennis and Dee Go on Welfare" some were close.
