it's...different, i don't think it's horrible. not sure if i like the vocal style- i like the voice, it just seems more dramatic than it needs to be- the lyrics are already dramatic, so it's a little over the top- especially with the background vocals, noises and whatnot. I'll never listen to it again- i never do with radiohead covers.

Jessie Ware's one of the best things i've heard in pop in a while, really dug this cover too:

Here's Jonathan Coulton's "cover" of the Glee version of Baby Got Back. .99 cents, with proceeds going to charity. I don't even like the song or this version, but I think it's pretty clever and cool he's using it as an opportunity to do some good.

He's also getting a shitload of publicity in a good way.

When we left off with Jonathan Coulton and the Glee saga, Coulton had put his version of “Baby Got Back” up on iTunes, with the proceeds going to charity. A couple of days later and Coulton’s having the last laugh. As of yesterday, his tune was selling more than any Glee song on the iTunes charts.

Coulton may not be getting any credit from Fox for his version of the Sir Mix-A-lot song, but he is getting a ton of publicity and probably gaining hundreds of new fans thanks to the the power that comes from having a loyal fanbase who are heavy into social media. They tweeted their outrage toward Fox, giving the story a loud voice that made news outlets take notice and report on the kerfuffle.

It must've gotten lost in the server purge of 2014, but I know I posted some of their stuff and NZA just took a big ol' poop all over it. Anyway, yup, Scott Bradley and Postmodern Jukebox do great covers and arrangements. One up for posting that "No Diggity" cover, DoJ, which I'd not heard before and is fantastic.

This is one of my all time favorites:

They also do a good job of making me like songs where as the originals made me cringe...
