I see the Hondo's Harley logo so much now, I see the words "Hondo's Bar" in real Harley logos. It's like when I forget words to songs when I hum, but the Weird Al version's lyrics pop into my head instead. It's funny, while those two vibes have always been strong on these boards, back in the day there was a VERY strong Kevin Smith vibe here too. It's slowly faded over the years, and it's not what it used to be. Maybe Kevin Smith fandom in general just isn't what it used to be. Hopefully 'Zack and Miri Make a Porno' will rekindle it. I like what you went for with the first one, but there's something in what you did with the HB of the 2nd one that i think could work if we messed with it. Good work so far ASC, thanks for it man. I disagree with the others saying its ok if it looks like Harley or that its an in-joke. Whats the point making an awesome logo if people are just going to say "Hey isnt that Harley Davidson...er...wait no it isnt" Which is what i hear on a regular basis, closely followed by "Why does it say Whores?" Much love to the logo but that gets old very fast. That said its gonna very tricky to come up with something thats as iconic but as simple as the current one. Maybe the daunting task of designing something like that is just putting people off. Hell its putting me off. I might get drunk and show you some of my ideas in the near future.
