IceManML
wow.. i cant believe no one else is goin insane about football bein rite around the friken corner!!! o_O well i now (accidentally) have 8 different teams in fantasy because im greedy.. I really dont mind because of the very probable lockout thats bound to happen after next year if the owners/comish'/players union cant agree on a new league salary cap by next year before the draft. No one in the NFL (be it staff/athletes/owners) can seem to come to an agreement on any negotiations as of late. andif they land an agreement its either super overpaid ridiculosity (like that 1? ;) a la heywardbey/Eli or super stupendously under paid a la brandon marshall. So it's safe to go with the excuse of me getting my fill. 2 of these teams had terrible drafts (i tend to get championship/2nd place w terrible drafts ;): Yahoo http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/f1/41460/9 http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/f1/223364/7 http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/f1/802522/5 http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/f1/839697/6 ESPN http://games.espn.go.com/ffl/clubhouse?lea...p;seasonId=2009 http://games.espn.go.com/ffl/clubhouse?lea...p;seasonId=2009 http://games.espn.go.com/ffl/clubhouse?lea...p;seasonId=2009 http://games.espn.go.com/ffl/clubhouse?lea...p;seasonId=2009

WhoDey
I certify that it's a pay league. That probably doesn't mean a whole lot to you since you don't know me, but I'm AyersFORCE1 in our league. You emailed me today asking if it was a pay site. I paid my money when visiting Miami last week, so I'm good. I won't play in a fantasy league without putting money on it cause it's pointless. Yes, I do it for the GLORY, but, it's way too time consuming to not get paid off at the end. I'm pumped about my team! Yes, this is my first post in 4 years. I feel dirty now. Panch
I'm sure I said something, but if I didn't I appologize. I still want you to stick around so I'll give you an extention on payment. Or we can do installments. It's up to you. Don't leave, man.
IceManML
ok there are a couple problems i have w this.. 1st if i had known I wouldnt have joined in the first place.. how am I supposed to pay you? I live in Philly... If you decide not to pay me what am i supposed to do... 2nd pay league drafts should be done in person so that if you dont pay you dont draft (period). I had that same prob with this league: http://archive.fantasysports.yahoo.com/nfl/2007/661642 where our commish decided he wanted to be shitty n not care anymorecuz ppl didnt want to pay. So I was left to d-BO everyone for my foookin muunny @_@.. so uh i cant do anything about it unless i have a reeeeeeeeeeeeaalllyyyyy good commiss... 3rd what are the rewards at the end of the season? and how come no ones responding to the email I sent everyone? Ill get the $ prepared in my paypal acct n screen save it for u to prove im not fukin around n when you can confirm everyones paid ill MORE THAN GLADLY give you the $50. compromise? ps yes ayers I totally agree but I wait 6 looooooooooooooong months for football season not to have all the fun i can so... yea. (I kkinda went overboard this year tho..) its not time consuming when you know what ure doin ;)
The NZA
Iceman - on the real, ill vouch for panch here; dude's legit. if you win, youll get your money. he doesnt have a paypal (far as i know) but i do & we can work it out if it goes down like that. WhoDey
I know what I'm doing, and it's still very time consuming. There is so much you have to pay attention to so you have a successful season ALL YEAR, not just a good draft. Granted this is what I choose to spend my time on, but to say it's not time consuming if you know what your doing is ignoring the amount of hours that you actually spend on this shit. WhoDey
I was offered a trade in one of my leagues this morning. Kellen Winslow and Derrick Ward for my DeSean Jackson and Cadillac Williams. I rejected it, because I have Shockey and I think he's in a much better situation then Winslow. Shockey has Brees chucking the ball to him, where as Winslow's QB is still up in the air. Also, Ward is going to second in a running back by committee, and I'm counting on Cadillac to return to the form that won him rookie of the year. Not to mention DeSean is McNabb's number one option. He's going to excel in ppr format. Both are on my bench. Any thoughts?
IceManML
kellen winslow is a proven bust and a biatch in the locker room btw... n cdillac got the job over ward for a reason.. good show homie *SCOFF!* ps deseasn is #2 next to curtis... but hes damaged goods anyway ps no one knows anything in this league... those poor souls: http://games.espn.go.com/ffl/clubhouse?lea...p;seasonId=2009
Panch
kellen winslow is a proven bust and a biatch in the locker room btw... n cdillac got the job over ward for a reason.. good show homie *SCOFF!* Winslow is a bitch, but this is his year. He's gonna perform. His QB situation is up in the air, but you can't deny the kid's talent. There's only 4 or 5 elite TEs and this guy is as close as it gets. Cadillac is more an unknown. ps deseasn is #2 next to curtis... but hes damaged goods anyway Jackson IS NOT #2! I don't like his work ethic, but he is the clear #1 in Philly. Curtis... I'd stray away from... at least for a few weeks until he shows something promising. He's had only one good fantasy season.
WhoDey
Fantasy Football kicks off tomorrow and I'm super pumped. I didn't have anybody playing in the Thursday night game. My rosters are pretty much set, does anyone have start/sit issues?
