Gonna answer what I know , havent read what others have written so if I answer already answered... sorry.

7= I am going to guess Golden Eye, bc wasnt from russia with love filmed in canada or some shit?

 

Correct on GoldenEye, though From Russia With Love actually took place and had location shooting in Istanbul, Turkey.

 

10= Goldfinger (just on the other day)
