Personally, i'm not expecing any major bombshells this year, despite alla rumors. Nintendo said to expect something big, but i think at this point we've come to be happy with anything past wii resort from that. Sony will likely have some kinda firmware update, MS should have some things to talk about if the motion control rumors are true, and even if not, there's that game show thing ive been skimming. anyway. Id personally like more on Ultimate Alliance 2, anything on Alan Wake to show me its not vaporware, not sure what im hoping for past that, mebbe a Katamari remake release date? I mean, if Team Ico's gonna talk, im thinking (again) its TGS, if at all. Hopefully, something good comes out of capcom's unannounced things. More on Batman: Arkham woudlnt be a bad thing either. id kill for a Red Dead demo as well. Any hopes/bets? if Sony brings something more interesting than Mag, that'd be cool too. Project Natal alone has my interest - L4D 2 and other such titles aside, they're bringing facebook/twitter access (kinda cool), games on demand (digital distribution, here we come...), and on the lower end, uh, a place to buy more shit for your avatars. Still, way more than i expected here - looks like that rumor of a Minority Report-esque op wasnt unfounded. Awesome event so far, though. any megatons left? the MGS games likely PSP (....), and id say delays on God of War 3 and the next Gran Turismo should be expected. I still say smart money's on nintendo's "we need space shelf this holiday season" being Wii Fit +. Super Yoshi Galaxy it is. ...and a new Wii Metroid, somehow by Team Ninja? WTF?! Nintendo will be teaming up with the remains of Tecmo's Team Ninja to bring us an all-new Metroid title: Metroid Other M. Due in 2010, the game looks a blend of first and third-person gameplay (clip showed much more third than first-person), with shooting sequences mixed with old-fashioned Metroid platforming. Pikmin 3 aside, most things i sought got acknowledged. Sony showed me more on team ICO's works and a Heavy Rain trailer. i want dates, but im sated. new FF (...), and that MGS is looking sweet. Still salty Rockstar coudlnt show up with Red Dead Redemption, but most of what ive been looking for got addressed. i wonder who we got left for the show? More like the fact that they are going to force people to play the game like twilight princess and I wouldn't put it pass Nintendo to force the use of the Wii motion plus. I will create thousands of email addresses and go to internet cafes around the world and send individually crafted emails sent from unique IP addresses DEMANDING that a classic controller configuration NOT be integrated into the game, that Link only swing his sword as hard as you swing the wiimote.
