  1. Here's all the episodes we've released so far. From episode 2 I've been making custom pixel art each week.

  2. Other issues popped up tonight, had to get ahold of tech support. They fixed it within hours. Icons are back, things seem faster, you can actually see the front page when you're not logged it. I'll check out working on themes whenever I get done with some stuff in the next couple weeks.

  3. Yeah, as soon as I hear about this kind of reaction, the same as Nolan and others, I'm like, will ye cop the fuck on. When I think of how grateful I would be to have my short film on even the smallest streaming service, and these guys are crying because their movies are on HBO Max or Disney+, my heart fucking bleeds. It's just egotistical bullshit, this, "The cinema experience is so different to watching at home". Yeah, it is. At home I'm not sitting in chewing gum, with a 6' 9 man sitting in front me (literally happened at Shang Chi) and some teenagers talking (or worse) in the corner. There'

  4. Yep. This is straight up way better than the book while still being true to it's essence. It retains Ennis derision of superheroes but does so in a far more mature and balanced way (which is kind of hilarious when you consider how silly this show is). I remember enjoying the book and then just burning out at how cliche Ennisy it became, I returned to it after a long hiatus spurred on by 2t's recommendation to go back and finish it. I did actually enjoy the books ending and Butcher's prequel, but the show is already far superior for me. I'm especially astounded these guys pulled it

  6. I still stand by mine if I'm being honest. I don't understand why Nick doesn't have "Big Nick Energy" as his though.

  9. Bringing back all the hits. Sadly Blingee is no longer operational. I've had to resort to other means.

  10. Secured mine earlier today and it should be here Sunday. Aside from my Switch, my last new console was a PS2, and even that was a few years after it came out, I believe. This is certainly the first time I've gotten a console within a couple months of launch. Hell, aside from the Switch my most recent console was an Xbox 360

  11. Hey guys, I broke everything again. Okay, so Invision broke everything again, and I'm just trying to fix it. Currently we're back to the stock theme, but I'll try to reroll the Hondo's themes over the weekend. Also, most of our icons are gone on EVERY theme, and I have no idea why - that looks like a random bug in the software, because it's like, even the twitter logo is gone at the bottom? I'm working on it. Edit: Upon further investigation, maybe not COMPLETELY broken, just the front page of most themes. Icon are still gone tho

  17. "1995 Bear Picture Nominees" While I like Forest Gump it's not even in the same ball park for me. Shawshank is incredible, but Pulp Fiction is a near perfect film, and for me takes the win.

  18. I think in terms of pop culture impact, Pulp Fiction is the clear winner. The other 2 have had definite impacts on the 25 years that have followed it, but there's been so many nods, references and influences from Pulp Fiction its crazy. That said, I think Shawshank is the best film of the 3 for my money, but its bloody close.

  27. To go along with my hipster beard, I'm obliged to declare that I was into sea shanties before it was cool. I fucking love traditional folk songs which sea shanties are basically a subgenre of. The Clancy Brothers and Tommy Makem are legendary over here and are no strangers to a good shanty. Also, in case your blood is now pumping around your body at such a rate you're afraid you heart is going to explode, here's possibly the saddest song I've ever heard to bring you back down. It's not a shanty, but it's one of my favourite ever songs.

  28. godamn, that was violent - this may actually end up being more fun than the 90's one, somehow? i still consider the latter to be one of the most enjoyable video game films out there, but this looks like a blast

  29. P5 Royal looks fun, but i can't put another 100 hours into that game. been in the mood for another old persona soon, though. ran through miles morales quickly, i loved the into the spider-verse aesthetic & character they gave him. city is still an absolute joy to swing around, the lighting & reflection effects are really crazy. looking forward to the spidey remaster sometime this year. demons souls - yeah, still hard (some bosses can't be cheesed the way they could before), i got to the last boss and put it down for a bit...his ability to de-level you is a st

  31. This makes me happy. And people were asking for this years ago, so its just kinda fun to see so many rich people get all pissy about it. When its safe, believe I'll be seeing every movie I can in the theaters, but I love having the option to watch it at home. Especially during, you know, a fucking pandemic that is still going on people whywontthisyearend

  32. I've always been a huge fan of this long running web comic even if I don't get all the most scienc-y jokes. It's amazing what stick figures can do to communicate tone and ideas and emotion with the right context. Today I want to start off the discussion by posting two recent strips that really tickled me. #2341: (https://xkcd.com/2341/) and #2360 (https://xkcd.com/2360/) To me these are quintessential XKCD. They use a quasi textbook graphic presentation with the star chart and the comp

  34. full game! not sure how long it is overall vs the last one, but so far there's nothing here that doesn't feel like a full campaign - you're based out of harlem so the map differs too, i wanna say? i need to explore more, doing all the sidequests for unlocks so far - loving how they incorporated miles' venom/electric sting so far
