Glad to see they realized they couldn't improve on perfection when it comes to the intro. No real complaints about the main three, but a lot of the minor charaters they are showing in the intro are boardering on bad cosplay imo. Maybe it's just a consequence of the sylistic filtering applied in the intro (hopefully!)

Did you ever see this Hakujin? I'm going to try and catch this either tomorrow or Wednesday. Good Time (the Safdie Brothers film before this) was one of the better films I saw in 2017. I'll post with thoughts.

So "Part 1" is going to solely cover the events in Midgar, which is MAYBE the first 10% of the original game (and that's probably generous). It seems that they intend to pad out that portion to offer a full experience, but man, if this is the approach, it's going to take a decade or more to finish the full Remake. We'll probably need a re:remake of the Midgar section before the whole thing is done!!

Still love the Burly Brawl, even when it descends into a pile of cgi puppets.
