  1. Sound. I'll happily hand out my steam ID if anyone's interested. Not sure how many of us there are or how laggy it will be for me in US servers.
  2. I'm on the frence with Kendrick, his '15 LP was just N-word spam. I'm dropping some of the UK scene in here. I predict in 2018, this years, these lads might hit US shores: 1) Lyrics are moronic but the beats are nice with his flow. That vocal sample reminds me of something from years ago though. Can see this in the clubs. 2) This lad's in good form. One of best right now, merging hip hop with grime. Lyrics are decent too, production's there. Any beat he'll flow hard on it 3) Great radiotune, melody over rhymes here, singing rap sort of shite. 4) The more indie, the more artistic approach. This production is just so washed out. I think someone's been watching those "Simpsonswave" / "vaporwave" videos on YT. BLoody impressed with this lad. 5) Lass tears this one up, great hook. Very grimey. 6) Loving this bird. Silky, smooth... I'd call it urban jazz. 7) yes blud. afrobeat, grime and uk garage in the hands of Brummy crew. Bit different. 8) These lot from my town, almost reppin my post code here ahah. 9) Witty fella really: “What’s with all the abuse / I’ve got an awesome excuse / I only fucked your twin cos I thought it was you” LMFAO 10) Never heard anything like this, Blunt, straight talking grime, but its got those American trap sounds in it. 11) Horrible grime, disgusting, raw, unleashed. He's a beast 12) I'm a big Frank Ocean fan, and Frankie boy dropped this lad on his own radio show.
  3. You're quite the tool as well. Let's not discuss anything, chaps, let's just Google everything and speak as matter of fact. Anyone read any of his later material such as the manga he did? I always wondered post-retirement what his work was like, and if it was up to modern standard or still had an old-man, classic vibe. I always imagined him hating Deadpool as well because he swears and aint the atypical hero.
  4. The majority of what was available on NTSC and PAL seemed awful. This is what my comment is based on. You must be on about gems that were only in Japan. I'd be interested in seeing the SMUPs - great news to hear an emulator's decent for it. I know someone cracked the Saturn a while ago, brlliant video:
  5. The surpising thing is how hard it pumps my heart and how tense it gets once you're in the last 10. I wish it was a bit more ARMA-like as apparently the designer came from those background. It does annoy me when people can spam the jump button whilst you're sniping them. It's crazy how an indie company became the biggest game on PC with so many millions playing it. Re DOOM and Wolf: I've not played either, did see DOOM in the Steam sales but it took up too much disk space I didn't have at the time
  6. I actually think D&D are shit. They're not fucking story tellers. They've struggled without the material of GRRM, they've made stupid blunders like the Dorne storyline in GOT. They'll just start adding rape scenes into Star Wars because it's edgy and allows the characters to show off the fact they can act and make the right facial expressions.
  7. I know you all know what this game is: battle royale-style shooter. Played solo, in a duo, or up to 4 man squad. Drop from 'plane, big map - grab weapons - last man alive wins. Played in first person or third. Surprised there is no thread on the game. Those of you too poor to have a PC also have the ability to run a shittier version of it on XBOX. Anyone having as much fun and salt with this game as I am?
  8. With the XBOX stuff it's just multi-platform series, i.e. the shame shit over and over again with a new interface. At least on PS4 you have some exclusives if grinding away on a silly JRPG story is your idea of fun.
  9. Hailed as a great game but I doubt anyone's played it. Big investment to not only buy a Saturn but the game at a ridiculous price. No one wants to fiddle writing a good Saturn emulator either, because the rest of the games for it were garbage. I wonder how this game would hold up today - must be a reason why they've never made a remake either.
  10. It's not really a sport. Even its native country is sick of it. It's a pseudo-sport designed solely around television commercial breaks every time the ball goes out of play. Only Americans could take a field and a ball and turn it into a format to fuel their self-longing and rampant need of being told what to buy.

I suppose this thread categorically sums up some of the pictures we've seen of members.
  12. not long to go for this, it seems in the US they are showing it -- only for a day -- in some cinemas. any of you going to venture down to one and give it a watch?
  13. Just thinking of the music I like, and I don't know how good of a performance any of them actually do or if I'd enjoy them as much live. Some of my favourites have been Low, The Fall, Kvelertak, Boris, Melt-Banana and Public Image Ltd. Wouldn't mind seeing any of them again, and hopefully seeing Low in a couple of months. I'd really like to see Tom Waits, from what I've seen he looks very entertaining and it's probably more enjoyable than on MP3
  14. I grew up on the very early ones, but remember watching a few episodes of this around 03-04. Turns out I was right, and you're fucking wrong, NZA. It was 03 and not 04 it came out. I thought you were Irish Cowboy when I was last here anyway Nick? My memory's not very good.
  15. I'd feel bad watching it having never read Green Latern before. Not very familiar with DC at all aside Bats and Vertigo stuff!
  16. Glad I saw this thread, I enjoyed TKJ comic loads, and remember Batman The Animated and Batman Beyond from when I was a kid. I had a couple of the toys from the former, still do, and keep them on my desk at work. Maybe I'll start waking up early on a Saturday morning and watch some cartoons! I'm not familiar with any DC animated stuff, though. Luckily for me I don't really like anime, but am open-minded, and when tried before have enjoyed the oldskool stuff like GTO and Cowboy Bebop. What I'm saying is, for me, the slightly primitive animation is quite charming and doesn't bother me
  17. Is Cranium colourblind friendly? Not heard of Arkham Horror, but Ticket To Ride looks great fun! I keep seeing it, must be an old favourite for a reason
  18. What's Cranium then? Hopefully I can get a 4 player Forbidden Island going!
  19. Got any favourites? Don't see much love of 'em here. I'm enjoying Forbidden Island. You're adventurers trying to get the 4 treasures from an island that's sinking. It's a cooperative game where you work together to get the treasures, and get out again before the island sinks. Very easy to play and great fun.
  20. HAHAHAHAHA yeah man, I love 'curb', but you can't watch too much of this cringe humour in one sitting, gets stale quick
  21. I read it all in one go 10 or so years ago, so my memory is a bit shite, but I've enjoyed it a lot so far. Cass' is perfectly cast
  22. iId be interested if you'd point me at these tracks, I'm only familiar with 'Donuts'. Love it.
  23. Still not watched it, read some of the comics over 10 years ago though
