  1. Oh man it can't be worse than The Predator trying to steal autistic DNA.
  2. Snagged this for ps4 as soon as I saw it pop up! Finally played it and couldnt be happier. Such a gruesome and seriously creepy game. Hoping to see the rest of the series turn up to play those.
  3. I dunno if it's viable, but a brand new standalone room exclusively for horror content? We've got Sensible Chuckle, perhaps we need a Horror Hole? For creepy memes and pastas? Also just wanted to write Horror Hole. I think it's a good name.
  4. So I recently bought this game on a whim. Everytime I would see this on sales and stuff I thought it looked boring as hell. Just by the name alone. I was very wrong. I've started to love it, and ended up buying the other 3 games on sale this week so I can have them for later. I've seen this and the Trails in the Sky names thrown about a lot and never really took a second look at them since they just looked so generic. I dunno how familiar people are with the series here, I certainly wasn't. But basically it's Persona in military school. You form bonds with friends, explore dungeons, daily life stuff etc. Not as fleshed out as Persona, but that went into the battle system where it's a lot more strategic and complex. Overall it's a really fun game and I highly recommend it if anyone wants a new JRPG to get into. Apparently the games are connected though, so starting off at 2 or 3 would mean having to see recaps of the previous games.
  5. It looks fanservicey as fuck and I love it.
  6. Well yall shouldnt watch the trailer for this one haha. I know spoilers are a hot topic around here, but I truly believe that the less you know the better. All I'll say is that people will love it, or hate it. I'm definitely in the love it category. It's gory, over the top and fun as hell.
  7. Meh suit. But I'm excited for any new Aquaman silliness!
  8. Please be good. Re: the last pic- what the FUCK is that?
  9. Werner Herzog's Nosferatu is amazing as well. It's genuinely disturbing. I know Eggers has been wanting to do his version for awhile, and knowing how great The Witch and The Lighthouse are I'm super hyped for this.
  10. This person built a machine for his switch version of FFX to dodge the 200 lightning strikes
  11. From the Glen Schofield, creator of Dead Space. If you haven't seen the interviews with him on the making of Dead Space, I highly recommend it. Hearing him on how they made the game and his ideas behind it make me excited to see another similar game headed by him. Its just a cinematic trailer, but it's hard not to be excited by that.

    Dead Space

I hate that I'm gonna have to give EA money for this. But this reminds me to make a thread for The Callisto Protocol, which looks like a spiritual successor to Dead Space by the original game's creator.
  13. Anyone got any theories on who is responsible for the TVA? Keeping expectations in check, cause the shows are playing it more or less safe it seems, but if I were to go all out crazy mine is that
  14. Oh man you're about to hit the best part of the game. It's a campy, goofy ride for sure. I think it works as a great spiritual successor to RE4 also, personally I loved it.
  15. Yeah, Game Informer pulled the same shit I think. Turbo Zombie works! I always dug that one haha.
  16. So any chance I can get this "I trust IGN" offa mine? It was funny for at first, but recent events make me look like a fasch apologist or something. "Fuck IGN" is more appropriate I'd say.
  17. They're in style now apparently! Post some more, I don't know many outside of the tik tok one and ones from Black Flag.
  18. Mike Patton singing the theme is perfect too. This looks fucking awesome.
  19. Started watching this and its so fucking good. It's a Cyberpunk anime following a group of criminals (Akudama) as they reluctantly group up to take on a job. Heavily inspired by Tarantino, with some Cowboy Bebop vibes, but with an overarching storyline. I'm getting to the end and it feels like its gonna be a one and done anime, which I'm ok with. It's paced so well and just a blast to watch. Don't sit on this. I was gonna throw this in my lil review thread, but it deserves it's own.
