  1. Hikaru No Go coming soon......
  2. Digi Charat Summary I got off the net: Story? What story? You're just supposed to look at the cute characters and giggle mindlessly. Isn't that the point of anime? ^_~; Anyway, Panyo Panyo Di Gi Charat is the prequel to Di Gi Charat, an equally mindless show about a human-alien-person-thing named Dejiko who works at Gamers with her friends and not-so-much-friends. In Panyo Panyo Di Gi Charat, Dejiko is a princess on Di Gi Charat Planet, an Earthlike planet with a Dejiko-style hat on top. She reads an engaging book about a person who made people happy and decides she should make people happy herself. Of course, Dejiko makes friends and meets self-proclaimed rivals along the way, but interestingly enough, these are different from the characters of the original Di Gi Charat. N.B. This summary of the storyline seems to be so intelligent that someone has swiped it. ^_~ But sadly it is true....Their really anime much story its justs a cute thing
  3. Outlaw Star Summary: The story begins when Jeen and his sidekick, Jim, are hired by a pirate, Hilda, to guard her as she obtains the necessary item to activate a hidden ship. To Jeen and Jim's surprise the "item" turns out to be a lovely girl—an android—named Melfeena, who is the only one who can interface with the ship Jeen eventually renames Outlaw Star. Throughout this adventure, they are pursued by pirates, although whether the pirates' objective is Melfeena or the Outlaw Star has not been made clear yet. To complicate things and add a little angst into the series, Jeen has space phobia, a result of being bundled into an ejection pod by his father as a child and then shot into space as the lone survivor of a pirate attack. Along the way, Jeen and co. run into Eisha, a cat-like alien of the Kataar-Kataar Empire with monstrous physical strength and an equally monstrous appetite. Eisha takes this encounter rather unhappily (and rightly so!), and haunts Jeen as he travels from space station to space station. Unfortunately, the only way she can pay her way is to work as a waitress! Later, Jeen also meets up with a female assassin who can cut through buildings with a wooden sword! It has alot of kick ass action but not alot of romantic parts if thats what your into you won't find it here lol...Yet in conclusion, OUTLAW STAR is a fun anime, a little light on substance but with enough action and lots of humor to make it worth a watch.
  4. I Hate the harlock saga...For simple the simple reason the story is cheese and the animation sux arse...Yet many people enjoy it I don't understand Y? Urusei Yatsura I hate it tough the horns runway get mad and chase again...its like ranma only the at least the guy knows what he wants kind of... The greats: Eva, Monanoke (damn I can't spell), Akira,...need to think about for a bit.. The loser ones: will stuff like orgun or orguss, shinesmen, hentai, and all those animes with liike no point story or plot for that matter Neia under 7 I would place in the category I think the funnest thing in the hole show was the arabian alien and the one that would come out at the end like an omake thing ....

Check this out Final Fantasy fans Gamer.com announced that squaresoft is releasing a sequel to FFx... here's the article: Lots of game sites are spreading rumors about what Square's impending announcement will be. We're hearing Vagrant Story 2, or a sequel to Kingdom Hearts. After the mysterious poster ( next post) depicting Final Fantasy X's heroine Yuna in a new getup appeared at the Tokyo Game Show in September, there could be little doubt. We've heard about it for months: Final Fantasy X is getting a side story, sequel -- whatever you want to call it. Square's new game is FFX2, pure and simple. Moreover, there won't be two versions -- the Yuna and Rikku scenarios are contained within a single game. According to reputable Japanese website Quiter, the game takes place 2 years after the battle with Sin. Yuna, as expected, is the main character of the game. Dash and Jump actions are being added to the field segments to add an element of action, although the game is still an RPG -- not an adventure or action game as many theorized after looking at the new gun-totin' look of the summoner. There is reportedly a new "Active Mode" in the battles, although no one quite understands what that means yet. The threat Yuna and her comrades will face is an altogether new one. We expect many more details to become clear when Square has its unveiling in the coming weeks. So what do you think?
  6. Prince of Tennis AKA POT Summary: Prince of Tennis, otherwise known as Tennis no Ohjisama was Created by Takeshi Konomi. Well I've only seen One episode and this show is as addicting as hikaru no go or coffee in the morning. It is about Echizen Ryoma he starts playing tennis at a young age because his dad is a legend since he played as a pro. He enters the junior high school (barely in 7th grade) of Seishun Gakuen, which is known for having a great tennis team. He becomes a regular, or if you want to call it, a varsity member. So his adventures begin by playing against his own teammates and other boys from other schools. It doesn't sound so exciting but its really funny... Echizen Nanjiroh - Ryoma's dad who is a legend of tennis. He was a pro at tennis and won many championships. He is not your serious type and is always joking around. Quite perverted since the rest of the time he does not spend playing tennis with Ryoma, he is looking at a mangazine with girls in swimsuits... Inui Sadaharu - 3rd year that was a regular before Ryoma got into the team and beat him. Kaidoh later beat him earning the spot left to be a regular. He is now the manager and trains the team. He is this really funny guy with glasses that loves to prepare strange drinks for the team. :Echizen Ryoma - Main character from our story, stoic of course. The first regular ever to be a freshman. He is quite arrogant due to his skills but not to the point that you cannot tolerate him. His goal is to beat his dad, Echizen Nanjiroh. So Basically its a story about becoming the best in something you do well and over coming the chanlleges that come your way....
  7. Well as you can tell i found a sango icon ::evil laugh:: well anyways when someone going to post something HERE!!!! INUYASHA Sum. Found on the Net: A young girl Kagome falls through a well and finds herself in an alternate world a few hundred years back in time, in Feudal Japan. An old lady Kaede tells her that she is the reincarnation of Kaede's sister, Kikyo, who was a powerful sorceress. The jewel of souls, which can give demons immense power, was shattered into pieces, and Kagome must gather the pieces with a half-dog half-human demon named Inu-Yasha. On her journey, she realizes that this half-demon holds more secrets that he lets show, and she also finds herself developing feeings for him. The problem is, neither of them will admit it... that's besides the fact that they must fight off demons who are not hunting THEM for the pieces of the jewel!
  8. :mmm: Well anime has become very popular in the U.S. despite all the constant editing! :plain: But I guess you have to accept the editing if you want to watch anime in the U.S. :: we damn american edit everything :: I believe the reason anime is so damn popular is because it relates to people at times or just the the scene were the removal of someones head occurs in such a damn cool fashion you want to rewind it and watch again... even the unique style of romance or the pointlessness of some series ::coughs excel saga:: ... or heck just cause its fun... but the truth is that the story in a japanese cartoon is equal to a story of a tv series here in the U.S. (and i do mean with people) although some would disagree... but to be honest the fact that the coyote never caught the road runner and they couldn't talk bored me to death along with the sillyness of the never ending stories of U.S. cartoon tv series atleast anime ends damn it! well the good question is why do anime charaters cross dress so damn much? not only that but some of the male charaters look like girls and some girls look like guys whats going there!?!?!?!? what do oyu guys think of my opinion? :approve:
  9. Hey I'm BACk!! Its been awhile since I've posted and I've given up on the update section since no one wants to post their now on with the topic..... Well I know that in one point in life you will see anime that the consent continuation of plot repeating it self will drive you mad  but there are also thing you've got love.... Well I just can't stand Lum the constant horn chasing totally pisses me off :mischievous: okay don't get me wrong I can stand the show I like that charaters and all...and yeah sometimes the story of one episode is super funny but I can not stand that their is no resolution of plot... it just continues and continues with the constant splashing of water, love triangles, and endless conflict AH! I am aware that in Japan it all ended and it is yet to finish here yet but could someone just give ranma a clue... Rumiko takashi is a great writer but damn to prolong the ending for so long I bet she's rich... But dispite all the bashing that I have done and have yet to do their is still things that i like about anime...For since i am a girl I love the cheesy romance stories and the action berserk's animation wasn't to good in my opinion but i loved all the action packed in each episode... So please bash with me or compliment with or just post for the hell of it......

  12. Although no one ever post in here I will give you Fushi Fans some info on the up and coming Fushi 3rd anime release series...yes thats right 3rd as I stated before three years after the 2nd ova is the setting for this 3rd ova...Well here is the scope: **Note** If you wish to see some pics please go to 2nd page of this thread... Sum of what will be going on: The 4-volume OVA is based on the novel series "Fushigi Yugi Gaiden - Eikouden (Parts 1 & 2)," and this is volume 1 of 4. Miaka and Taka Sukunami (who is Tamahome reincarnated) get married. But a new danger awaits the world of the Shishin Tenchisho... In addition to popular characters such as Suzaku Shichiseishi, new characters are introduced in this series. It's been three years since the end of those events. The book was returned to the research section of the library to be forgotten. Taka and Miaka have grown up nicely and are still very much in love. We witness their wedding that has just taken place and then quickly learn that it was something of a shotgun wedding as Miaka's already three months pregnant. Taka's still as money-tight as usual, but it appears his main source of income is being a coach for the school, primarily the girls basketball team. And it's in this area that the trouble begins. Back when the book was returned to the library, it ended up being selected for deep archiving. But the book has a mind of its own and managed to conveniently fall off... who Picks up the book??? whats going to happen next? **Warning May Contain Spoilers** (highlight to read below) only to let young eigth grader Mayo Sakaki grab it. She takes it home with her, but forgets it on the train ride. The book continues its journey for three years until it finally finds her again. And it finds her the day of Taka and Miaka's wedding, where Mayo had been walking home after catching the bouquet. That's right, our little Mayo has a thing for Taka, Miaka be damned. She takes the book home and opens it up, letting the entire story flow visually into her mind in only a few instants. She knows all that's gone before. But she doesn't like the ending and is set on making a new one, one where Miaka's selfishness in wanting to be happy doesn't rule the day. Miaka finds herself adversely affected by all of this, as the moment the book was re-opened, she went unconscious and all traces of her baby has disappeared, as if she was never pregnant. Her brother comes across Mayo the following day and realizes what's going on when he sees the now worn down book and tries to stop Mayo. But not soon enough as she opens the book and goes to Konan as the new priestess of Suzaku. Taka learns of this and takes things into his own hands and returns to Konan as well, only to find the country falling into ruin. Ten years have passed here and something evil is at work. Taka swears to the young emperor that he will gather the remaining Suzaku Seven and set things right, much to the chagrin of Mayo whose been welcomed there with her lies about her and Taka being married. Taka wants little to do with Mayo as the bigger concerns are on his mind.
