  1. Still trying to further my cause that Chris Morris is greater than everything, I wonder out loud if the Day Today would count as sketch comedy.
  2. Proof if any is needed that movies and tv destroy a young person's power of imagination.
  3. God damn it, this is supposed to be an easy game that everyone can play. No words come to mind when I read that, just a faint buzzing noise through my head. I think I need some brain sleep. Night night Hondos. -_-.zZ
  4. Now this one, this one'll just mess you up.
  5. Almost forgot this one, what's he holding in his hand?
  6. Femtroopers, my god. I just want to take the time to say I have a fetish for girls wearing moulded plastic, it's nothing to do with Star Wars! I Swear, I'm not a nerd, I'm a pervert!
  7. I've never managed to watch the whole of the Meaning of Life, maybe one day, what I saw I wasn't too keen on, on from what I hear, not many people were. For those that may not know, And Now For Something Completely Different aside from being a catchphrase was the name of the Python's first movie, a collection of sketches re-filmed for distribution in America, and I prefer its versions to their BBC counterparts in most every case, Python's on film had a chance to act with confidence, and what makes the difference between good comedy and great comedy is acting. With the TV show, shot in studio, for the most part all they could do was push relentlessly through the script before they ran out of breath or the audience lost interest.
  8. Fuck you all, John Lithgow's hardcore evil. Harry hugs his street brother because only John knows the crazy life of violence they both lead.
  9. The PG rating held him back, he'll fight if he has to.
  10. Quoting you from a completely different thread, but thanks for reminding me all the same. In my book the greatest sketch show ever: Jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaammmmmmm
  11. Big Train could do with being on here as well.
  12. It's nothing on the League of Gentlemen, but I'll happily defend the first series, not the greatest comedy ever made, but before they got too hung up on their own catch phrases and scatological humour, they could produce something as brilliant as this: Now to really make you hate me, do you really think Monty Python's Flying Circus, the sketch show is really worthy? It had its , lots of them, but in my mind, geniuses that they were, it was experimental comedy, and was as much hit as miss. And Now for Something Completely Different, The Life of Brian and The Holy Grail are their legacy, but with Flying Circus, they were still finding their feet.
  13. Well who were you thinking? Dolph Lungren or the Ultimate Warrior maybe?
  14. "Because baby, I'm an An Anarchist, signed to a major label!" Look at it, the symbolism! Decrepit people writhing! Its simply dripping with art!
  15. Pacifist? Fuck a what now? I guarantee if Chewie came to harm Harry's family the mother fucker would beat him down tooth and claw. Can't anyone here support Earth for a change? Our best guy against Kashyyyk's. (I just looked up his home world on wikipedia, because be damned if I'm going to let Endor claim him, I demand to see Endor's strongest man go head to head with Earth's strongest bear.) Oh and Data would strip C3P0 down to parts before he'd even realise there was a fight on.
  16. "I was told I could listen to my radio at a reasonable volume..."
  17. Classic movie, more in common with the Goonies than anything else.
  18. Notable by their absence: The Fast Show Little Britain The League of Gentlemen (arguably not a sketch show due to its fixed location, but I'd say its admissible) Notable by its presence: The Benny Hill Show
  19. Soon to be deleted from YouTube I'm sure.
