Didn't they swear up & down that this game was never going to be on the 360 in Japan So dumbing down this game the first time was enough.

It was same here and in Japan. Just about every store would sell all it's copy after the 1st day or so.

Why not just have Joel pick you up a new copy for $30 then have him ship it to you?
