    Although funny, I think the e-mail was out of line. Mike won, that's all that needs to be said. This aint SR wrestling anymore, Mike's trying to be a professional and the e-mail was anything but.

    Yeah Mike wasn't going to last too long going blow for blow...he got caught a couple good times. Mike's bread and butter is grappling and he should really just go in with that. No one would touch him. He wants to be a smasher, but for right now if he fights someone really skilled in boxing, he's going to get knocked out. Good match tho, I'd like to finally see him fight here and Miami...well against anyone not named Panch!

    To me the best exercise you can do for back is Pull-ups, preferably wide grip. This exercise does not strain your lower back so I don't think you'd have a problem. You can also do your basic pull-down machines (I don't know the exact name) and maybe some seated rows.

    Well, my fellow Hondonians, Duads and Corporate America are no longer an item. Duads was fired, along with 4 of his co-workers at around 12:25pm. I feel...like I can breathe again!

    You ask the Almight Nostrajaiknee this question and he can hold a conversation with you for hours. I dunno, I find a certain cheese factor with background music. It's cool to have, but I mean, unless drugs come into play, I can't get past the sorta love-scene-in-a-cheap-movie-cheesiness, . Some people like RnB, some rock, some trance, I've used all, but my favorite would have to be....ESPN!!
