    Cartel Land was one of, if not the best thing I saw all year. Other stuff I saw and digged was: The Lobster The Martian Inside Out Train Wreck (Fucking awesome, went in wanting to hate it, came out loving it) Star Wars (Not a trekkie at all, but I loved it) Sicario Amy Straight Outta Compton Am super fucking excited to see Anomalisa at some stage early this year.

    Wasn't for me. Did get a giggle out of feminism being explained to a bunch of women though. Generally not a fan of the way things like that are done, though.

    I think my best cinema experience was probably the LOTR trilogy. Just was wowed from start to finish as a teenager. My worst was seeing some stupid jump scare horror film with my ex 2-3 years ago and having her go into hysterics every time the movie wanted to scare people. I was quite embarrassed.

    I find it hard to compare this to DD. It was a lot more story driven and less raw violent action based than DD. Both were excellent in their own right. Did find myself wanting to watch more and more of this rather than DD though.

    Yeah, the episode "Indians on TV" kinda does what it says on the tin. An amazing episode that looks at how the race is treated in the entertainment biz. Also, his parents are fucking amazing.

    I've not actually looked at his stand up, so I can't really judge. It is quite funny, without being like try hard funny.

    There's a dancing groot I've had my eye on since I knew it existed. Can't quite justify it though.

    Anyone else catch this on Netflix? For me its perhaps the best single series of television that Netflix has produced (Not that I've watched all their stuff, but from what I've watched). Ansari his on a lot of stuff across a broad spectrum of topics that resonated with me. I made a thread. My annual thread. Wooooooooooo I'm tiny riiiiiiiiiiiiiiick!

    I think its absolutely amazing television. A lot of it is painfully awkward and for that I love it so much.

    Everything went downhill after Walking Dead S1 though. I've liked this a lot, and ftr, the guy isn't Middle Eastern, Haku. He's Maori.

    Its something that pretty much happens in most teams. From my understanding of it, its an incentive rather than something to go out there and physically hurt people. There are very few pro's out there who agreed with the ruling.

    Whats your issue with the Saints, because if its because of the bounty scandal, then that's complete BS. As a side note, I support a team that had a murderer obstructer of justice play for them for his entire career and is possibly their most iconic player.
