Saw Catch22 at the Culture Room in Ft Lauderdale on the 22nd, along with Homegrown and Mest. Homegrown was pretty good, and Mest sounded too much like Good Charlotte, but I went for Catch22. I was 2 1/2 years overdue for that show. I was supposed to see them on my 18th birthday with some friends, but I had to play for my baseball team. My coach said that if I skipped, he wouldn't give me credit for that term and I couldn't graduate. So I had to choose between graduating and Catch22, a choice I still regret Anyway, they ruled. There was crowd surfing and stage diving galore and plenty o moshing My roommate caught the drummer's drumstick. Not enough songs off their Keasbey Nights album, but for $12, I was satisfied. Check out Catch22 y'all. Anything off Keasbey Night is good.
