  1. Microsoft may have announced the Xbox 360’s backwards compatibility list of playable games. Out of the box, however, the list is reduced to just Halo and Halo 2.  If you’ve got Xbox Live you’ll be able to download emulators for the games, which by far is the easiest route.  If you do not have Xbox Live you can download the emulators, burn them to CD, and install them that way.  Finally, you can order a CD of the emulator, but you’ll have to pay for shipping and handling.

Sucks if you have tons of games for the x-box

This sucker heats up quite a bit.  I thought it was something just with the debug kits, but retail units heat up just as much.  I would make sure that your unit has some good ventilation.  And if you need to keep a slice of pizza warm while you’re fragging, your Xbox 360 will help you out.

Wow!! It keeps your pizza warm also. now thats impressive

  2. 46. If you contribute to a thread such as this.

    47. If you've ever engaged in the ultimate FF fan **** waving contest: "I've beaten more FF games than you (and I did it better than you)."

    48. You can understand obscure references to FF games that haven't even been released in the US.

    49. When you play through the game a second time you save at different parts because that part of the story is cool and you want easy access to it

    50. When you complain an FF game sucks but you played and beat it anyways

    51. You've learned a lot about ancient mythlogical creatures and gods from the summons and enemies

950 more to go. Think we'll make it.

  3. 34) Normal people named Vincent, Rosa, Maria, Cecil, Terra, Cara, Lulu, and Guy give you funny looks when you start talking about their exploits.

    35) You don't need a strategy guide to quote HP of various monsters

    36) You spend hours practicing fan arrangements of music from final fantasy on your instrument

    37) You spend hours practicing the *real* arrangements of music from FF on your instrument.

    38) You spend hour practicing the music of FF on an instrument you've never played before in your life.

  4. Here is how this thread works, we post reasons according to this subject and when we get to 1001 we celebrate with whatever you mods can think of. Make sure after you post to check over it to make sure you got you numbers right. I'll go first

1.If somehow you have found some Final Fantasy X bed spread with matching pillows.

    2.You make your own gunblade

3.You wear a shirt that says Aeris R.I.P

4.If you legally change your name to Zidane

5.If you dye your skin blue and grow red dreadlocks.

6.When playing a zombie game like Resident Evil, you shout "LIFE, LIFE!"

7.If you have everyone in FFX fill every grid on the sphere grid.

  5. Part 2 could have been fun and it did have a great stroy but the problem with the game was it has to many problems which kept it from selling or making fun. The combat was sloppy. I mean KOS-MOS is a badass yet she can't take out a run of the mill monster or a human. Boss fights were cheap and can only be won by combos and it didn't help you couldn't buy weapons, armor, or items. If not for the story I wouldn't play Xenosaga 2 ever.

  6. Just got my hands on the live opera music from FF VI. I have to say it's way more impressive. After hearing it I don't think I can go back to the music from the game. If you ever finished the PS1 FF VI and unlocked the extras on the disk you know what I'm talking about.

  7. ps again, if anyone's interested, ive got FF IV-X all OSTs, piano, symphonic, live etc. Some others i remember liking pieces from include Secret of Mana + (even tho its one massive track), Vagrant Story, and Chrono Trigger's jazzed-out "Brink of Time" was interestin.

Damn Nick, where have you been hinding those. I want to make some copys dude. Give me a call sometime. Hell, I've got shit for you over here.

    From Final Fantasy VII

    1. The music thats playing on the World map

    2. Sephiroth theme sephirothrocks.gif

    3. The death of Aeris :)

Also Lunar 1 n 2, The legend of zelda theme link.jpg, The mario brothers theme IKON19c450a16ce35b7889409825eb5cfd5436f3fca315.jpg, Xenogears, xenosaga, Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross, Secret of Mana, and Cowboy forgot about Suikoden III. Also games like Medal of honor and Call of duty has great music worth checking out.

  9. It's called Chrono Crusade. It has nothing to do with Chrono Trigger. See the guy with the long hair. He's her partner who also happens to a be a demon. His life force is bonded with hers. Every time he has to power up to fight a major demon he saps her life force. Meaning the more he use his powers she slowly dies  but don't let that fool you. It's still a funny show.
