White Line Nightmare Posted September 30, 2004 Share Posted September 30, 2004 Picked up Interpol's new album, Antics, on Tuesday. Absolutely love it. It's more upbeat and danceable than Turn on the Bright Lights, and the band is much more confident. They've really mastered the creation of beautiful sounds and how to layer them in the context of a song. Antics isn't quite as melancholy and somber as Turn on the Bright Lights, but it's just as easy to listen and relax to. PS- This album is awesome, especially if you're hopped-up on cold medicine.
