MetalHeart
To: Parole Court of NY We the undersigned believe that Mark David Chapman should not be granted parole for the murder of John Lennon. Chapman committed a heinous crime, unprovoked and without remorse. He shot to death John Lennon, a man who had signed an autograph for him only six hours earlier. He deserves to pay for this with life in prison. It is also a matter of public safety that he not be released. He should not be free to harm anyone else. Please remember Mr. John Lennon, who believed in peace. Please remember that Mark David Chapman is forty-nine years old, and John Lennon never got to be older than forty. Please do not let this man back on the streets. R.I.P. John Winston Ono Lennon October 9th, 1940 - December 8th, 1980 Sincerely, The Undersigned Click here to sign the petition. Chapman (John Lennon's killer) is due to face the parole board this week, please electronically sign the petition to keep him from going free! MyLeakyBucket
I hate to admit it but I don't agree with the petition so I won't be signing it. It has been over 20 years and he has done the time for his crime. May Lennon rest in peace.
MetalHeart
CNN confirmed that he was denied parole. and I know where you're coming from, MLB, but I think that murder is horrible, and that he should be lucky that he himself is alive. I dunno. *shrug*
MyLeakyBucket
Its a tough thing. People on the radio kept saying he should be denied parole for his own safety but I think that should be his decision. Still. You gotta hate the guy. Who are Wings? They are only the band the Beatles could have been. - Alan Partridge.
