Ganny McVagflaps
City Lights Pictures and Intrinsic Value Films will produce "Four Women," a thriller based on the graphic novel by Sam Kieth, published by DC Comics. Kieth scripted and will helm the production, slated to begin lensing in February. Pic tells the story of four women who go on a road trip through the desert and get stranded when their car breaks down. Terror ensues after they are picked up by two men in a truck. City Lights prexy Danny Fisher and VP Steven Menkin will produce, along with Intrinsic Values principals Aimee Schoof and Isen Robbins. City Lights partner Michael Almog will exec produce with Jack and Joe Fisher. Almog's DH Blair Film Capital Fund will help provide coin for the pic. City Lights recently produced John Waters' Fine Line-distribbed pic "A Dirty Shame" and is currently shooting "Tamara," scripted by Jeffrey Reddick ("Final Destination"). Intrinsic Value Films' credits include "XX/XY," "Brother to Brother" and "Satan's Little Helper."
