Did anyone else think that the end of last night's episode was blah? After all the goodies as of late, I was unimpressed.

Devils won in double overtime against the Panthers. Still, it was a good run and something that Florida fans should be proud of...should, being the operative word. I've always been a Panther's fan and am very happy that they got as far as they did.

Round 2 of playoffs are:

LA Kings v St Louis Blues

Nashville Predators v Phoenix Coyotes

Washington Capitals v New York Rangers

New Jersey Devils v Philadelphia Flyers

They are blaming Devil's fans for throwing the rats on the ice during the game. It's common knowledge that the Panthers will get a time penalty if it happens. Damned people from Jersey...

Yes, its Trader Joe's brand -- I've seen another type in the grocery store but I don't recall the brand and I'm not sure if its vegan or not. I will check when I go back to the co-op in town -- that's where they sell most of the vegan stuff around here.

The closest Trader Joe's is about a 45 minute drive from me, but I hear they are going to open a Fresh Market about a 1/2 hour away!

As far as flavor with the burgers at least, I think Boca > Morningstar

I just bought some Soy-rizo from Trader Joe's...it's really good although it might not look too appetizing when you take it out of the casing, lol...Ben loves the stuff. I'm so glad he's basically gung-ho with anything I try. The only thing is that I have to read labels carefully since some of the stuff has nut ingredients in it.

My tummy doesn't like fried foods, but I will definitely give it a try...I've been DYING to have bacon lately...I smell it even when its not there!

I only tried it once and I almost gagged because it was so greasy...but it could be that it was fried in oil that wasn't hot enough (watch enough cooking shows and you learn little nuggets like this!!)
