It's Kirks old friend Gary Mitchell not Khan. I forgot how but in the original series he slowly gains omnipotent powers and loses touch with humanity until he becomes a more angsty Dr Manhattan type character.

 

To summarise: Not Khan.

for some reason, the IMDB entry that shows Benedict Cumberbatch as Khan now says (rumored), but there's still the scene in the trailer that seems to reference a scene from the Wrath of Khan. What is it that has you convinced that he's Gary Mitchell and not Khan?

I've been following this for a while now (it's in its second season), and it's one of the best series out there right now. I recommend giving it a try.

So Dragon Age Origins: Ultimate Edition is back on Steam for $8.99 (on the Flash sale, though, so you might want to hurry; there's about 6 hours left as of this post).

The vast majority of the season's episodes are done, and the schedule is for it to return on February 7th.

The rest are fair points, but isn't the show's new season still premiering in early February?
