Everything is good, brisket, sausage, but the best is the brush poppers. Chunks of turkey breast roasted in the pit, then wrapped in onion, jalapeño, and bacon and roasted again. Juicy, flavorful.. Mortiis558 Posted September 30, 2011 Share Posted September 30, 2011 There is this little BBQ place attatched to a store out near Lake Fork and Canton Tx, have no clue what the name of it is, but holy shit, best chopped beef sandwiches ever! Damn good sausage and ribs too, but the chopped beef was worth killing for. It's at the "Crossroads" if you're ever out by that way, and they usually have some sort of little sale set up in the area out front of it.
