Keth Posted February 7, 2017 Posted February 7, 2017 So this is pretty great! I'm surprised there isn't a thread yet. I'd liken it to Kimmy Schmidt with Superheroes. It's got that same vibe. It's alot of fun too! Quote
Da Cap'n 2099 Posted February 7, 2017 Posted February 7, 2017 So, the pilot wasn't too bad ("cute" is what my girl described it as). Will watch more. Quote
Visitant Posted February 7, 2017 Posted February 7, 2017 It's not fantastic, but has funny moments. Will keep watching to see if it improves. Quote

Da Cap'n 2099 Posted March 5, 2017 Posted March 5, 2017 I'm sorry, but this show is hilarious. Four episodes in and I get it. Obviously. Quote
Mr. Hakujin Posted March 6, 2017 Posted March 6, 2017 Thanks for reminding me about this. It dropped totally off my radar with trying to keep up with everything else. I'm still behind two episodes on SHIELD and still have all of S3 to watch for Flash and Gotham. Quote
Mr. Hakujin Posted May 14, 2017 Posted May 14, 2017 (edited) Powerless gets canceled from NBC 2017-18 line-up. Perhaps there is a sliver of hope that maybe the CW will pick this up and save it like they did Supergirl? It would be pretty awesome to see a comedy show like this nestled into the "CW-DCEU/Arrowverse." It could totally work. I'm still getting through the first season, and I'm enjoying it . I believe the last episode I saw was where the gang was trapped in the office building and missed the corporate retreat. It was pretty funny, due mainly to the gag where Alan Tudyk's character hired writers to feed him lines through an earpiece to his employees. Also, I can't remember if that's the same episode where Crimson Fox leaves Charm City, but seeing her in that news conference with a good shot of the costume finally helped me remember where I knew that character from. Wayback in the day when I was one of the 10 people who actually read Justice League Europe. Although back in the comic she was French. Edited May 14, 2017 by Mr. Hakujin Quote
Da Cap'n 2099 Posted May 14, 2017 Posted May 14, 2017 This show getting cancelled truly is a shame. I was really loving it. The episode you mentioned, Haku, was the last one to aire, I believe. Three episodes won't be released... until it comes to Netflix, at least. Quote
Mr. Hakujin Posted May 15, 2017 Posted May 15, 2017 Oh damn, really? I want to say that was episode nine, right? I thought they had a full 16 or so, but I guess NBC only ordered 12. That sucks. Quote
