The NZA Posted June 16, 2023 Author Share Posted June 16, 2023 i honestly had no interest in this after recent trailers/videos, and was just telling @C_U_SPACECOWBOY how maybe the problem is me, since i didn't really feel one way or another about XV and had accepted that i'd no idea what i wanted from a new FF anyway? and how maybe that factored into my love for dragon quest these days, as a series with a much stronger tao/sense of self etc i grabbed the demo as soon as it went up, and the first half felt...game of thrones-y, which is also something i'm not too big on these days, so i thought it'd run downhill. by the end of it, I'd been digging the combat (at least on story mode) and even knowing it'd end soon, was bummed it was over on that cliffhanger! haven't had a demo sell me like that in a while, my low expectations may have helped but damn, i'm gonna want this one when it drops next week, and i still have zelda left to finish Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
