Five and six both give me migraines so I'd probably rather leave them off the list entirely. It's weird though, regular Fritos make me sick but the chili cheese Fritos don't. They taste so much better too! Mmm...now I want some.

I expect it, and yet it still stings to see how much we hate women in this country. And people of color (what happened to Black Panther is also mentioned in the article). God, it sucks. Fuck these assholes. All that matters is the box office, though, so let's all be sure to throw money at Captain Marvel! Take your kids. Take your friends. If it's great, see it twice!

I’ve been meaning to check out Chopped! One of my student’s fathers competed on that show and I wanted to see his season! 

If I'm going to watch a reality competition show, I prefer it be something where contestants show off an actual skill and I can learn something! I have learned so much from the Great British Baking Show! I've been exposed to foods from countries I've never been to and techniques I never knew existed! It's subtly funny and super low-stakes. I wish I wasn't currently out of episodes to watch.

Gordon Ramsey is a tool but I will watch Master Chef because it's the least mean of all his American shows and I learn a lot from it too. 

Also your spoiler tagged image was funny till the rape joke. I have much less tolerance for that shit lately.

It’s felt like Bundypalooza lately between this, the Netflix docuseries and the crime channels showing all their Bundy stuff because of the hype. I’m here for it. He’s by far one of the most fascinating serial killers of all time. I can’t wait to check out Efron’s take on him. 

I thought it was a weird title for the movie, but then realized why it’s called that after hearing it in the doc on Netflix. That series was pretty thorough, although kinda slow. I also had to take breaks because it was a rough watch. I wasn’t used to hearing his voice and seeing Bundy on video and it’s intensely unsettling. 

This is awesome! I really love old kung-fu movies. I used to watch a ton in high school.

Glad you put outrage in quotes because what outrage? A snarky comment doesn’t equal outrage. Also it wasn’t that big of a leap to make considering ALL the headlines. 

And I think it’s pretty naive to think if they do completely ignore the 2016 version, that isn’t them making a statement. Not in this era. Not when it’s this recent and not after the immense backlash it received, before ever being released, SOLELY because it was a female cast. What was done to them was heinous and you don’t get to ignore that and have it sit well with people. 

I hear this iteration will completely ignore the all-female remake. I guess you win, man-babies.

Holy shit. That is blatant! He really did just paint right over the originals, didn't he? That's really sad. I just checked his Twitter and some of his fans are actually defending him, saying people use "reference" images all the time. But he's clearly just slapping fresh paint on someone else's entire vision. That's really not cool. 

Every few years, McDonald's comes out with a burger to try and rival BK's Whopper. The best one will always be the Big N Tasty.

I miss this damn burger. It's essentially a QP with lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mayo. McDonald's is okay, but I hate that their regular burgers never come with lettuce and tomato, which are cheeseburger essentials for me. These were my go-to in high school, when I could eat straight garbage without dying inside. My high school boyfriend had a job at McDonald's and he told me a customer once ordered a Big N Nasty, so we called it that for years. 

I guess I could custom order all this on a regular QP someday when I'm really looking to abuse my insides. I don't know why, but it wouldn't feel the same.

Are these seasons self-contained? Can you just jump in whenever? Season 2 seemed to be a stinker by all accounts, but if later stuff is good, I've been searching for things to binge.

I had a lot of fun with Bandersnatch! I have a bunch of nerdy friends who literally sat and watched with notes and flowcharts to track their endings. It took some of them a handful of attempts to get five out of five stars (you’ll understand when you watch!) but NZA and I got that on our first attempt! My friend Marlene asked me to share my path(s) with her so I wrote down the first one we did. 

The asterisks are the times we were sent back to try again! It was fun seeing some different paths after our first try. Nick was more awake than I was at that point and spent a lot more time with it after I went to bed but I was really impressed by the whole thing and thought it was really fun. I wonder if we’ll get anything else like this. 

Also it’s complete bullshit that Will Poulter was bullied off of Twitter by assholes. I’ve always appreciated his unique features and he’s very talented. Loved him in The Revenant and he was the best part of We’re the Millers (an otherwise meh comedy). I hope this doesn’t get to him too much!! 

I liked it! That was a pretty solid horror/thriller that kept me pretty uncomfortable the entire time. I’m proud of my girl Sandy B for this. She was great. It was a fun way to spend an evening! 

Season 2 is out! And my winter break just started. The first season was pretty fun. Looking forward to this. 

Geez. Anyone else think his makeup looks really fake and rubbery? I haven't seen the original in so long, I looked up an old trailer and Perlman's makeup looked a little better. Maybe because Perlman's face is bigger and better suited for this so it required less prosthetics? The arm looks silly in both.

This trailer did nothing for me but I'm sure I'll watch it anyway.

I've learned to stop asking "why do we need this?" even rhetorically. This is also a pass from me.

Man, Tessa Thompson has had a hell of a 2018 and it's looking like 2019 will be no different. She's EVERYWHERE. Good for her!
