You'll really like NARCOS. I enjoyed that a lot. People reviewed season 3 the best, but I like how 1-2 played out, 2 was kinda slow to start, but for S2-3 the finales are hard to beat.
I'll agree with it not making any headway anywhere. The takeaway for me was that meddling with things ends up with a lot of innocent people in danger and certain situations will make characters change "this time it's different"

I'd give sicario 2 an A, it doesn't have the in your face action but makes up for it with the struggle and tension between characters. There is a bit of political driver for the plot that is new as well, and although it didn't make a whole lot of sense (based on what the team could do and did do) it does create the environment to explore characters more and bring about an unforgettable moment.

I believe I got through 6 on the Xbox 360. Can’t beat the first level and how well they did the terrain of Miami. You could see the major highways, airport, Miami Beach etc perfectly

So here's one for sci-fi fans that has a theme of robots/future and life. Each episode is self-contained and is quite entertaining - as i've only seen 3. Brian Cranston is an executive producer and from what I gather each episode is a short story from Phillip K. Dick. So if you're a fan, check it out. So far, there's been some twists in each episode, not as punch in the gut as black mirror, but neat if you don't nitpick (there are a few holes here an there in the writing)

Lurker chiming in here for some other options for people that aren't technically inclined...
Totally sideways, but was able to create a retro gaming box with the Mi Box (4k android box), which also doubles as a media streamer.
If you have installed anything through the google store, it's totally easy to load these onto the internal memory or play off a usb stick. One emulator program did everything for genesis, snes and nes. Xbox 360 wired controllers work out of the box.
It was actually more complicated to get kodi-addons installed than the emulators! eek! (but they have plenty of youtube to help out)
So total is 85. 70 for the Mi Box and 15 for a used controller (and all the free movies and tv you can imagine)

i'm the debbie downer, but wasn't the daredevil sacrificing himself for one last chance with elecktra reckless when you take into account his everyday life and the people that cared about him? I feel like they coulda just knocked her out and tied her up to get them all out. of course, show's gotta have a dramatic element. would DD really do something like that?
Stick steals a lot of cool scenes, beheading a baddie and cutting off his own hand. While Jessica got that SUV through the restaurant stunt. Great highlights.
Electra wasn't as bad as don says in my opinion. I like the scene where she goes to Matt's apartment and the fight at the end (even though I didn't think the logic to get there was solid)
Overall, I think this was fun, but not as good as Jessica Jones, DD coming in second and Defenders third. I have only watched JJ and DD's series.

no i didn't watch today's episode. But I realize something rewatching the episode 2 weeks ago:
walts phone call to skyler implied with great certainty that he killed hank himself. I don't know why he would go that far, but hopefully we find out today.
yall need to stop knocking lost. i have come to appreciate what they did there. AND... it wasn't no bsg ending. hell i got the lost box set with the board game and the hidden disc too. (that i haven't watched) but isn't that what physical media's supposed to do? just sit there until the better version comes out?

<p>can't wait to see what happens, but I really enjoyed the gus fring arch more than this season. actually i enjoyed all the other seasons more - mabye cause hank and todd and his boys aren't interesting arch-enemies? i don't know, but I still would put BB as one of my top show (not sure if it's better than lost). So here's my prediction.<br></p><p><br></p><p>Walt will redeem himself with jessee by saving him but jessee will end up killing walter.<br></p><p><br></p><p>I don't know why people are thinking something will happen to grey matter people or walts motivation to kill lydia. unless he finds out she sent todd to his house? guess that is what does it...</p>

I wasn't sure what to think of off to the races... but it has grown on me. i do like her other stuff better though.
Mabye im being picky, but some of the guy "yueah" are a little tiring. it's like little jon but more tolerable.
Finally, NZA, I'm hearing summertime remix on the radio quite a bit lately!

that's probably a 300+ hp sports car with rear wheel drive sliding sideways on the turns. a controlled drift at high speed is very difficult to control.
i still contend that this is not the brightest bunch. especially if they don't know what blue looks like. they are good at killing people. but who knows they might have some ex military in there. they got there pretty fast in their beat up pickup truck.
i doubt they knew who hank was or if they care about killing officers. they were in the way and logically it would be just easier to kill them and take out jesse. are they as smart as to go in, kill jesse and retrieve walt in one shot? highly doubtful, especially if these "cops" arent putting down their weapons.
if the writers make walt and jesse and hank all team up, they are taking the easy way out. and it will be all happy and rainbows will lead them to peace. no, it better not.

being the realist here but
Walt would have lost control of his car at the speed he was flying down the desert. It takes a professional driver to do what you saw last night.
Todd's gang don't seem that bright, so it would have taken them a lot longer to get to gps coordinates. Hell, I don't think anyone on here knows how to use gps coordinates without googling (myself included)
With the firepower that todd's boys had those two dea guys would have been cut down in an instant. realisticly, any cop would know (especially those two with a shotgun and an automatic sidearm) that they were outmatched and were out in the open with no cover when they were first encountered. They had at least 3 assault rifles and an aa12 shotgun, which is pretty much banned everywhere in the US and is $12,000 if I remember correctly. One guy was already aiming with the sights on his assault rifle. They would have been dead already is all im saying.
I kept thinking that Hank would have bullets ripping through him during his phone call.</p>

i have to agre baytor on this: gaga seems like her style is for attention and marketing. But it could also be her way of expressing herself. sadly we will never know. so many musical artists change their persona, miley, christina, mariah. for me, i've really given up trying to figure it out.
here is another appreciation - (I think he is quite talented though but don't quite think i'll be starting a thread with him as the topic)
