That's just a database issue at this point. The old posts are still in the middle of being purged...that's just one of those things that's going to take a bit to fix.

Hmm...it seems like DKS's posts are getting lost between here and there. I'll call Paul again, maybe he knows. The execs from Yahoo are down here right now and they're giddy with excitement...they don't seem to mind a few posts getting lost here and there.

Paul's number just went straight to voicemail, I'll send him a text or something.

I love cigarettes, I think I'll go have one....but only one because cigarettes are filthy. Cigars however are mature and make people think you're cool. Maybe a cigar instead.

Hey everyone! Welcome for the first time or welcome back to Hondo's Inc!

As many of you know, a while back I began work on a project called HondoShare. I actually announced work on a new version called HondoShare 2 not too long ago. Well, this is the fruit of my efforts.

Essentially, it comes down to this:

* While working on HondoShare 2, I was approached with an offer by the fine folks at Flickr/Yahoo. Apparently, I was doing something they felt they could use.

* They made a deal with me concerning the usage of the source code I was working on.

* Also (and here's where the Hondo's changeover comes in), apparently Nick never registered Hondo's as an actuall corporate entity, so the name and rights defaulted back to me somehow.

* In an effort to keep things civil, Nick decided it would be best to go along with the funding from Flickr/Yahoo, as important things can finally be done around here.

There are many, many new and exciting changes coming to the board:

* HondoShare is dead. We will be rolling out full integration with Flickr in the following weeks.

* Here shortly, we will also allow any Yahoo! ID to login to our system, as well as any independent Flickr ID.

* Actual time and resources for developing new features!

So that's the jist of the whole thing. Have fun, and let the good times roll!

I need to get pics of some of the swag I've got. Google is being useless right now.

First up is a set of 4 posters (I can only find three right now...hmm) from the E3 announcement of the original Xbox. Pretty badass. They're kinda beaten up...but I love them.

Next up is the Final Fantasy Advent Children cigarette holder/ashtray set. That one set me back about $20, and is just awesome.

Ok, after going back and reading more than just this page of this topic, I have a few things to say:

1.) I did not create the art as such. I merely took the original by Jax and made it "fit". This cut out many people, which I tried to include in various forms.

2.) The logo is made up of two images. A background that repeats forever (depending on your resolution), and the main image with the "I <3 Hondosbar" text. The left side is LL's face, and the right side is "As Seen in Blargh".

3.) I have not made any changes since this was uploaded...and I can confirm that it is the exact same image I uploaded (on both hondoshare and in the source code), so all changes (including "hey, my face was there and now it isn't") just don't exist. Maybe it's a resolution thing where the background isn't always displaying.

That being said, you're all a bunch of ffffffffffffffffffaggots and I love you all.

I say we put up panches banner, and delete the last few posts... and see what sort of reaction we get...

I have a twitter account that's integrated with my blog...but I seem to use it less than my blog.

It's cool if I have an awesome update ("At the NIN show"), but as for everyday life...I'm not really a micro-blogger. I don't care about the small details in my own life like that, why should anyone else.

Basically you can send a text message to Twitter, and it posts it to your account. You're limited to 100 characters (I think), so you can only get out a few phrases at a time. It's micro-blogging. From your phone. For free*.

I dunno...it's cool...but......weird.

*Free doesn't include the cost of text messages through your cell phone service provider.

I realise this now, especially after i've told you where it comes from.
