So yea, squats (either with the barbell and plates or just bodyweight) are amazing!! I used to have to wear a belt to keep my jeans up because I have almost no ass, but almost 2 months of squats and now I can fill my jeans. I'm also tighter in the quads and calves. :) Fucking awesome!

 

i so gotta learn that one, and the muscle-up.

 

There is also a kip where you butterfly your legs, supposed to be hella hard. You down to try hand stand push ups sometime. Those are not something I want to attempt on my own.

So Corporate Run is on Thursday, hoping to be able to get a lower 5k time. Did a cardio WOD last night, Run 1000m/Rest 2 min/Run 1000m. Completed in 13:41. Night running is SOOOOOO much easier.

 

However, I paid for blazin' it up this weekend...after my run, wheezy central. Got winded a couple times...and I kept thinking...damn it, this was so not worth it.
