Officially opening on 1,785 screens on Wednesday, “Train” earned $34.3 million from 4.75 million admissions over its opening five day run. That represented 75% of the total weekend box office. Including $4.29 million from the previous week’s preview screenings, the NEW release has accumulated $38.6 million from 5.31 million admissions. Among its records are one for the highest single day gross $9.90 million from 1.28 million admissions — in Korean history synopsis! A man (Gong Yoo), his estranged daughter and other passengers become trapped on a speeding train during a zombie outbreak in South Korea. sitting at 93% on RT...interest piqued! anyone seen it yet? Had some cool sequences in it, but not alot of zombie gore, so dont expect that. Kind of predictable, but done really well. Expect feels. As for the zombies themselves they were really cool and creepy. Especially when they transform into the zombies, and the way they moved.
