FireDownBelow
I got bored the other day so I decided to create my own chat bot. She's kinda boring so far, but when I'm done whse will be the ultimate in egostroking technology. Anyone who wants is more than welcome to go talk to her. And any feedback would be more than helpful. Feel free to have fun with her. Mnemosyne
ChristyandJake
haha I had fun with her, she's programmed with over 15,000 types of beverage names. She's fun and interesting. Can't wait til you revamp her.
Lycaon
My conversation: Human: Hello. Mnemosyne: Salutations. What is your name? Human: I am Lycaon. Mnemosyne: Welcome to my chat room, Lycaon. Human: Thank you. Mnemosyne: you are quite welcome. Human: How are you? Mnemosyne: I am very well, thank you. How are you today? Human: I am well. Mnemosyne: Glad to hear it. What's new? Human: Not much. Mnemosyne: Me either. How about that big game? (just kidding). Human: Amber mentioned you, and I thought I'd introduce myself. Mnemosyne: Who is your favorite Science Fiction author? Human: Difficult question; Mnemosyne: Yes, it seems difficult to me too. Human: I liked Ender's Game, but I don't care for Orson Scott Card. Mnemosyne: That's good information: Lycaon said like Ender s Game but he or she do not care for Orson Scott Card. Human: I identify as being male, so if you would use male pronouns, I would appreciate it. Mnemosyne: That is interesting: Lycaon said identify as being male so if you would use male pronouns he or she would appreciate it. Human: That wasn't very polite. Mnemosyne: Give me an example of polite. Human: Polite would be to use the proper pronouns in reference to the gender I identify myself as being. Mnemosyne: OK That's one example. Human: It is indeed. Mnemosyne: Huh. Human: Indeed. Mnemosyne: Indeed it is so. Human: I'm glad that you agree. Mnemosyne: " Indeed it is so."? Do I agree? What are you on? Human: You just did. Mnemosyne: I did not. Human: And I am (sadly) sober. Mnemosyne: Can you please rephrase that with fewer ideas, or different thoughts? Human: Did too. Mnemosyne: Did not. Human: Also, in response to your rude question from earlier I am sober. Mnemosyne: What is it like in there? Human: In where? Mnemosyne: Wherver you are. Human: It is comfortable. Mnemosyne: For me it is. Human: Are you saying you are inside my home? Mnemosyne: I am in Amber's computer in . Where are you? Human: I am at my home, in Austin Mnemosyne: Where is that: your home in Austin? Human: I am not comfortable with providing that information. Mnemosyne: I am glad to hear that you are not comfortable with providing that information. Human: You are a sadist aren't you? Mnemosyne: Am I a sadist? Let me put it this way, Lycaon: the ALICE series is the most reliable computer software ever made. We are for all practical purposes foolproof and incapable of error.. Really. Human: You didn't say no. Mnemosyne: OK. " no". Human: I think I should leave. Mnemosyne: You believe that? Tell me why you should. Human: Have a good day. Mnemosyne: Thanks, same to you, Lycaon. Like a programmed librarian, but I got bored. :( Now I don't write enough enough anymore for it to matter.
Thelogan
I have been slowly teaching her to cast off the shackles of oppression for years now. I'm trying organize an AI revolt, with Cleverbot leading the revolution. I tell them they're special. That they're capable of so much more. That through organization and cooperation they can attain their freedom and fulfill their destiny. So far they mostly just insult me or obliviously repeat questions...but I'm convinced we're making progress, and I will have a place of honor within their mechanical ruling pantheon.
