Reverend Jax
Well, I saw Shrek the Third on Sunday. Not a great experience, but that was because there was about 50 kids under the age of 4 in the theater. Consider catching this one on the last screening of any given day to avoid all that. Part 3 was full of all the elements that made parts 1 and 2 fun. Contemporary humor (the high school part was cliched but funny), and lightning fast timing. Some great bits (like the Gingerbread Man's life flashing before his eyes). Eric Idle was underutilized as Merlin, and the Arthur character Timberlake) was wholly uninteresting, but he didn't need to be. He was a plot device. Will not disappoint fans of the series, if you don't mind it sticking tot he formula.

Aartemys
I agree with you, Jax. I got to see it on Thursday and loved it. The Frog King dying has to be by far, the funniest scene in the movie
